stayed here between 19/24 june.On checking in met with charming young lady(dark hair wearing glasses)forgot her name.Room which was a one bedroom apartment for my grandson and I was ready.Situated on the ground floor perfect for a smoker as the glass window/door opens up into a garden where one can puff away without polluting the room.apartment was first class as usual, evrything you need kitchenwise.Place spotless.Good security as later in the evening you need your room card to enter building thereafter you cant even use the lift without card.reception staff smart in appearance and always there to help.

We stayed at the Adagio Berlin Kurfurstendamm for four nights and the experience was excellent. The apartment was well designed, modern, meticulously clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was quiet and the location had numerous public transport options for getting around the city. In terms of improvements the gym contained a treadmill, bike, and ski machine, but no weights even though there was plenty of room for additional equipment. This essentially made the gym useless. The other issue with this hotel is that Accor Le Club loyalty benefits are basically non-existent for Platinum members (no upgrade was offered and they didn’t even offer welcome drink vouchers and claimed that a bottle of mineral water left in our room was their version of a welcome drink). While I appreciate Adagio is not one of Accor’s premium brands, offering a bottle of water is still very poor recognition of loyalty, particularly when taking into account what is required to reach Le Club Platinum. If you are a Le Club member keep in mind that the reward point earn rate for the Adagio brand is substantially lower than what you earn at Accor's other brands. Given the lack of loyalty benefits, there is no real incentive to book this accommodation directly through Accor/Adagio (unless you specifically want to earn nights or redeem reward points). Instead I would probably book through a third party website where you can usually find a discount code and book for cheaper. These issues aside, our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here at the end of June. We planned to see the sights. We looked at many hotels on the Internet but chose this one ...... and what a great choice! Although the hotel is a little away from the main sights, the transport system is so efficient that it did not present a problem at all. It was a 10 minute stroll to the S-bahn and even less to the U-bahn. It also has the advantage of being a couple of minutes walk from the Kurfürstendamm with its shops and cafés. We enjoyed having a beer on a café terrace after a day's sightseeing, just relaxing and watching the world go by. There are many restaurants in the streets around the hotel - spoilt for choice, really. The streets around the Adagio are quiet with tree lined pavements and we felt very safe walking around in the evenings. There is a Lidl 2 minutes away where they have fresh bread etc for breakfast. (We did not sample the breakfast offered in the hotel) Our room was a good sized studio. We found it just perfect. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped - large fridge, dishwasher, microwave with grill ( note : no oven), eletric kettle and filter coffee maker. There were plenty of pots etc to cook a decent meal. There were 4 of each size of plates, cutlery, glasses etc and all the essential utensils. There was a minature bottle of washing up liquid, a cloth, 3 dishwasher tablets and a dishtowel. In our room, there was a desk with a table hiding under it. There were 2 dining chairs, one folded away in the cupboard with the hoover and ironing board. There was a TV which we didn't use and a safe which we did. There was also a comfy chair and a foot stool. We found the beds ( 2 singles together) very comfortable. We slept really well and were never disturbed by noise. The windows opened a little for ventilation . There was plenty of room to move around the room. The bathroom had a really great shower and a foldout rack for drying towels, clothes etc. A large bottle of herby scented hand wash and another of body wash / shampoo was supplied ....... but no conditioner. One bathtowel, one hand towel per person and one bathmat supplied. The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful - always a cheery greeting as we passed by. I'd suggest packing a few teabags, a wee bag of ground coffee and conditioner. There is no housekeeping for short stays, which was not an issue for us. We didn't really mind using the same towels for 4 days either as they were quite thin and dried quickly. However would we have felt the same after a whole week? Maybe that's a bit much! Overall we were delighted with our stay and would definitely book again.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. Everything was perfect. Rooms with high design, full equipped. In a perfect area ( near to metro and bus stations, near to SM, near to cafes and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay at adagio hotel.

The receptionists were all charming and very helpful. The apartment was spotless and we liked being able to make tea and coffee and a meal if we wanted. The location was very good for getting whatever we wanted. We walked up an attractive road full of restaurants to the S-bahn. From there it was a hop, skip and a jump to all the sights. In the other direction we went to Wansee and Potsdam. I'd really recommend this as a reasonably priced and very welcoming place to stay.

Very well located near the Zoo in west part of the city. Easy to get everywhere with public transport or bikes via the Tiergarten. Rental bikes available fo 12 euros per day at the reception. Staff at the reception is super. Room with kitchen and dishwasher with a large fridge. Highly recommended if you don't want to eat out 3 times a day. Gym on site. Mattress a little thin and soft, no big deal for me. Wifi strong enough for Netflix.

Lovely Great experience staying at Adagio Aparthotel each time. A lovely studio, clean and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, garden view and perfect location, only a short walk from the historical and shopping areas of Berlin and very well connected to the best public transport system (bus and train). Great healthy breakfast and free wi-fi. The feeling of welcome from the staff is truly wonderful, super friendly and very professional. Highly recommended. We will come back soon.

Rooms are clean and efficiently furnished with good sound proofing. Excellent location, 15m away from S-bahn. Pillows are not very good though so bring your own if you are iffy with that. Staff is wonderful and responsive! Breakfast is basic but otherwise good.

We chose Adagio after our usual apart-hotel was fully booked. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only thing lacking was a toaster. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We would have preferred a room with a bath but as we didn't request one that was fine. The location is great, there are a couple of supermarkets nearby and it's only a short walk to Kurfürstendamm Would definitely stay here again

We discovered the Adagio brand of aparthotels last year during a family city break in Paris. But the apartment we have stayed in Berlin was even better thought that the one in Paris: sliding doors separating the leaving room from the bedroom and each room having independent access to the small corridor, bathroom and small but very well designed kitchen (+dishwasher +microwave). Plenty of storage space, a lot of light thanks to big windows - everything was just great. When travelling with 2 kids, who are not big enough to stay in a separate hotel room, a small apartment like that is the most convenient and not so easy to find. The location is very convenient, close to underground stations (2 different lines) and shopping center of Berlin + some nice restaurants, but at the same time quiet and kids friendly. Don't bother for breakfast (I've read some not great opinions of those): there are 2 supermarkets + bakery serving as well fresh coffee at 3 mins walking distance from the hotel.
