The hotel is in a convenient location. The room is very spacious, clean, cozy and welcoming. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. We definitely will come back to Adina Hotel next time in Berlin.

Mini apartment. Full bar down stairs. 'Twas awesome.

we stayed in the hotel for 6 nights for our honeymoon, and the stay was absolutely perfect!!! the hotel is located a short walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof main station, from the Bundestag and its surroundings , and from a variety of lovely coffee shops and restaurants. the facilities inside the spacious apartment are more than you can ask for! the hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. would definitely come back.

Near the Berlin hbf. Nice room and nice location. Will stay here again.

I recently stayed here for four nights and absolutely did not enjoy it. I hated the location the most. The hotel is located in an area that is completely dead. There is a ton of construction going on all around it. So in the day, the neighborhood is just hideous and disgusting. At night, it's downright creepy. There's not a single soul in sight (ok, maybe there's one or two), and when the construction equipment shakes and makes noises in the wind or when a random person pops out behind you to ask if you've got a light (both of which I experienced), it is extremely disturbing. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the main train station and a 5-minute walk to another U-Bahn station, and I HATED, absolutely HATED, having to make the walk every day. The hotel also does not provide free wifi in your room. They are supposed to have unlimited free wifi in the lobby, but that is a complete pain in the neck. When I was there, the wifi in the lobby didn't work for about 1 1/2 days--that's about half of my stay. Very annoying. I reported the issue to a young blond guy working at the front desk on the first night and asked him if they could try to fix it. He couldn't care less and did absolutely nothing. It wasn't until the next day that others at the hotel looked into the problem. Speaking of which, while most of the people at the front desk were helpful and friendly (there was one young man who wore glasses who was very nice and thorough), this one blond guy really had an extremely bad attitude. I had a few other questions for him, and he did not know the answers and was not inclined to help. Also, breakfast was not included in my stay, and they charge 19 euros for it. Definitely not worth the price, but because the hotel is located in the middle of big buildings and hideous construction (i.e., no nice shops, restaurants or cafes around), you're going to be stuck buying breakfast from Adina if you want to eat before you venture out into the city in the morning. Finally, the value of the hotel is simply not worth it. There are other hotels located right in the center of town much closer to nice restaurants, shops and museums that cost about the same or only a little bit more. I feel like slapping myself for not having stayed in one of those hotels. One more thing, the U-Bahn line that services the closest station near the hotel is undergoing construction (the city is building a new underground line and other things and is actually quite hideous right now). Two of the stations from the hotel to where the popular tourist sites are are closed. This means you're gonna have to walk between these two stations for about an extra 15 minutes. I had to do it everyday, sometimes several times. It is very annoying. Again, if you stay at the Hilton, you would be able to avoid this problem b/c you'd be much closer to many of those tourists sites on or near the main drag. In all fairness, the hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable, but there is no way I would ever come back and stay here again.

We stayed here our last night in Berlin and it couldn't have been a better way to end our trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. We didn't have too many encounters with staff, but the guy working at the front desk was very friendly. The room was simply gorgeous, complete with a little balcony and mini kitchen with all of the amenities. It's location was convenient if you're coming from the train station as we were and it was a relatively short walk (~15 minutes) to the sites (The Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate). Unfortunately wifi wasn't free in the room, but they did offer free wifi in the lobby.

Great room, great service, good location. It would have been nice to have wireless included, but everything else was great. There was even a washer/dryer in the room, even though I didn't use it- this would be great for a lot of travelers.

This hotel was probably the most spacious, modern and beautiful apartment hotel that we had ever stayed in. We would love to have the bathroom and the kitchenette appliances for our home. It is located off main road in a quiet neighborhood. Our stay was during a couple national holidays so everything near by was closed. We were not impressed by the €17 breakfast at the hotel, so we walked 500m to Hauptbahnhof for breakfasts and Friedrichstrasse via Hannover for dinners. There were many different cuisines to choose from Italian to Vietnamese. Very lively neighborhood during night time. All attractions are easily reached via public transportation or a short taxi ride away. We did the least walking in Berlin compared to other cities in Europe because of all the constructions and detours going on during the time of our visit.

I love everything about this hotel. The room is very nice!

A wonderful hotel at a fantastic price! Walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof which made it easy to get there late at night and leave early in the morning for Munich. Loved that there was laundry right in the room so we could have clean clothing half way through our trip. Also loved how clean, comfortable and modern it was. Everything was perfect!

When we booked the apartment hotel for our late July-early August holiday, we didn't know exactly what to expect except the two king beds we requested. What we found upon arrival exceeded our expectations by far: we got essentially a connected suite with two separate apartments complete with a kitchen, washer and drier, refrigerators--perfect for the two of us in one and our teenage son in the other. The location is perfect: an eight-minute walk from Berlin's central station and fifteen minutes away from the Reichstag. There is a taxi stand two minutes away on Luisenstrasse. The location simply cannot be beat! Another amazing thing was how quiet the rooms were. Soundproofing in this hotel is simply the best I've ever experienced! We couldn't hear our neighbors, next-door or above, and we could barely hear each other's movements when the connecting doors were closed. The plaza where the hotel is located--Platz vor dem neuen Tor--is in a busy area but set back somewhat from the streets so you can hear some traffic only when you open the windows. But even then it's amazingly not noisy, especially for a major capital city like Berlin. All the amenities are first-rate: the appliances, the fixtures, the air conditioning, the bathrooms were perfect. The beds and bedding were absolutely the best! Even windows opening smoothly both sideways and vertically deserve to be mentioned. The rooms were cleaned beautifully when we requested, and linen changed whenever requested (if not requested, every three days). The cleaning staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and thorough. The same can be said for the reception staff at the desk: friendly, helpful, and accommodating in every way. We always like to buy our groceries and eat in the neighborhood and elsewhere in town, and so we didn't use the hotel's restaurant much, except in the first couple of days. But the restaurant is certainly adequate, and the service (including room service) is efficient and pleasant. The breakfast offerings, which we sampled the day after our arrival, were certainly impressive. Compared with other apartment hotels we've stayed in (e.g. New York and Paris), Adina Hauptbahnhof is simply the best, hands down, in every category.

Great location (5 minutes from Hauptbahnhof), very clean and spacious rooms that were surprisingly cheap, bike rentals to explore city, great cafes closeby. Highly recommended as a base for exploring Berlin.

Large room/apartment. Very kind people. Very good breakfast. Well located

It's very clean and confortable hotel. Great location too. Staffs are not that helpful. It's facilities such as Sauna, Pool are great.

I was a little nervous before I arrived, since I had never visited Berlin, and chose the hotel mainly for location (I had a very early departure from the central train station on a Sunday morning). But what a pleasant surprise! The hotel was quiet and restful, with super-friendly staff. I actually liked the location - close to trains and buses, and if you're an active sort, within walking distance of major tourists areas like the Museum Island. Highly recommended - I would stay there again myself.

Excellent hotel and value; service was great; staff were helpful; bike rental was convenient
