Stayed for Berlin Marathon. Approx 1.5 miles to marathon start from here. About 6 or so miles from the expo. Friendly staff, clean property. rooms fine, breakfast was ok, but not great. We arrived early in the morning and though we weren’t able to check in, we were given a temporary key to have access to the pool and gym area (which has a shower also) and they held our luggage, so we were able to freshen up and then go explore the city while waiting for check-in. Overall a positive experience, but if in town for the marathon, I’d choose a location closer to the start/finish area next time.

Amazing place to stay, close to everything but tucked away nice and quiet. Apartment was spacious, comfortable, had everything we needed. This place isnperfectly fine provided you know what you're getting. Its clean, but worn. It can be noisy due to connecting doors between rooms (NOT from outside). We basically heard everything from the family next door. The kitchen area is quite small, like pop-up camper small. Definitely not like the advertisments. That being said, the staff were really good, especially the cleaning staff. All-in-all a really good BUDGET stay.
