Location can't be beat, and it kind of works

We came in, used our code and just had our room available. Very simple, easy and convenient. The room was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We did have an issue on the first day with the code not working for our door, but the app could open the door as well so we just used that. It was resolved the morning after. The only real complaint we had was that when using the shower the hot water only worked for the waterfall faucet, and not for the handheld one.

Very good, would stay again

Really enjoyed my stay. The pin process worked really well for me, made it very easy to come and go without worrying about keys/cards etc. The room was really spacious, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great. air con worked really well. Was a very good location, lots of shopping and restaurants around. U bahn was a 4 min walk away. Was very good value. Will definitely stay again if in Berlin.

Lovely spacious room with every amenity i could want. Only things that let it down: the entrance was very basic and unwelcoming - felt like a building site. (I get that it would cost more to have a full reception and bar etc, but even a picture on the wall??). Also the floor in my room was badly scuffed and in need of replacement. Room otherwise v nice tho
