Loved the peace and quiet. The church bells are very present, but they are quiet after 10 PM and do not start until 7:30 AM. There is no elevator, so be aware if you need one. Parking is on premises. That was not very clear to us so we ended up dropping our luggage off on the lowest floor. If you go to the parking address first, you’ll end up one floor higher! 😂 The breakfast was fine, the cappuccino was amazing, served by a very nice young gentleman.

Thank you for your nice review, I am happy that the calm and quiet and our rich continental breakfast made your stay pleasant. As I often repeat, if it were possible to install an elevator we would have already done so as we would be the beneficiaries ourselves, in addition to our guests. Unfortunately, as Palazzo Rivola is a historic building from the 13th century, this is impossible for us.Come back to see us!
