clean, comfortable, everything i needed. a good location and although it does not have its own restaurant, there are two very good restaurants next to it. enjoyed my stay and loved Bergamo. nice hotel

We were satisfied with everything: room, including beds, bathroom, breakfast. The only shock was when we requested to check out an hour later than the indicated time, we were asked to pay Euro 19 for that.

We stayed in room 404 and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room for the price we paid. THe room had a king size bed and tea coffee making facilities. The only gripe was they provide paper cups rather than crockery so if you're lucky you can use them only twice. Fantastic location close to train and bus station 5 minute walk away. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel which at 12 euros a pop we thought was expensive- we had breakfast from McDonalds at 8 euros for us both which is located beside the bus station so within walking distance. The staff were excellent Laura and inleta could not have done more for us. One day we visited lake Iseo and the checked bus times on the internet and advised us of cost 14 euros for us both return. THe next day they checked train times and costs to Milan 22 euros for us both.

A great hotel in a super location for the lower and upper cities, shopping, restaurants and bars. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel room was a good size and very clean Breakfast had a good variety

Have stayed here already a couple of times and will stay here also next time, during the trip with staying in Bergamo. Hotel is located in a very short walking distance from Bergamo station. I have stayed in many different places in Bergamo - some apartments and some hotels. This hotel is very good with the price/performance - 55€ for DBL room, if you do an early booking. As well as, there is possible to have a breakfast - 12€ per person, but I think in that in Bergamo (and in Italy, generaly) this is not necesasary, because two steps from hotel is a bar, where you can get a morning croissant and coffee - this must be enaught, after italian dinner. Approx. 50m from hotel, in the yard, is a food and gricery shop, where you can get a drinks, food, fruits, cheeses etc. The only thing we don’t like, is the blue colored walls and ceilings... everething is just too much blue :)

We all have our views, and we quite rightly differ, our opinion is that it is first class in terms of location and service. Deborah, the new person Sophie(apologies if this is wrong) not forgetting our dear friend Franco, were patient, professional and warm. Thank you again Scozia/Italia Forza.......Amore

The hotel is 6 min of walk from the train station. The staff is helpful, most of them with good English skills. VERY nice breakfast even though it's not cheap. 15 min of walk from the foniculor to the old city.

The internal decor of the hallways and lift were substandard. it had a feeling of under maintenance. Bedrooms were fine. This aside value for money was good, service was great and staff friendly. Overall a 7.5 out of qo which would be lifted if the decor was improved.

A good choice. Hotel is at the heart of the city. Nice and clean rooms. Good beds. New furniture. Mini bar and tv. Towels and bedsheets all clean. Rooms need to be a little bit more clean but everything was fine.

The hotel is located ideally just 5 minutes from the railway station and the main shopping area. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was very good. The 4th floor room had a few problems - the safe was broken, the bathroom vanity mirror was located on the right hand side so you you could not shave properly or apply make-up, the air conditioning did not not cool (presume broken) and made an annoying humming sound at night, and the bed had creaking strip lights installed which took 15 minutes to stop making a noise (in common with other similar hotels).
