I stayed here for 3 nights and I have to say that hotel is comfy and clean. The only thing I cannot stand it's the Wi-Fi in the room: it doesn't work. For the rest it's ok. Price/Quality is a very good compromise. If the management reads the review, please fix the Wi-Fi.
Stayed at the hotel for two nights on a recent business trip. Greeting from staff and subsequent interactions was very helpful, friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast every morning is standard Continental affair with cheese, meats, croissants, juice, etc. The room itself was ok. Spotless in terms of cleanliness but it's all a little bit tired and in need of some improvement - the shower in particular - especially given it's supposed to be a 4 star. I'd stay again.
Over the last days we resided in this hotel. We were with a a number of friends from our football nursery =. We had a football training camp. The hotel is located in the outskirts of bergamo, but besides a busy road which is close to a number of attractions, as well as close to a number of catering establishments which mitigated our requirements. The personell were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would recommend to enhance service during break fast.
Nice hotel, lovely staff, location not the greatest if you don't drive but easy to use bus system into bergamo, Milan and airport good value for money, the only down side that ruined my stay was room102 the toilet seat was broken in half It cut my thigh and causing me to bleed over my trousers, the photo below is the seat after I washed the blood, if you look closely you can still see blood in the crack! It Hurt my pride more than anything! I asked to have the seat replaced, was told we can arrange a new room from tomorrow! Am I suppose to avoid the toilet until then?? I don't blame the receptionist, she was brilliant in assisting me with a lend of a charger last night I'd imagine her hands are tied at this time of the night (10.30pm) but the hotel management should of had this fixed long before another member of the public was aloud to be sold that room!
Just Need a good rest during a Business trip Location was good, very Close to the motorway, and very Close to the industrial part of Bergamo City. Service good The reception also called me because I was in delay and Mrs Cristina was waiting for me with the keys at the recpetion desk even if I was arriving late at 23:50
Very clean Hotel and really nice and modern decorated rooms. The stuff were very polite and the breakfast was not the best but fair. The hotel is located about 4 kilometres from the centre of the city, and if you have a car is easy to access the Como lake. Tottally a great value for the money we paid.
Clean, nice room. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. 20 minutes by bus from the city center. The hotel is near a bus stop. 5A bus to the city center. Weekends rarely go to the bus.Orange juice, yoghurt, fruit, salami, cakes, tea, coffee ...
We took a cab from outside Linato airport to here, cost 90euros and took 45mins. To get to Bergamo the bus is 3min walk away and takes 20mins and is really easy. Last bus home at 11pm or so. (Take a taxi number if youre planning to stay out later!) We paid 7euros for 72hours unlimited bus travel which was handy. To get to Milan its an hours train from Bergamo (5euros each way) There isnt much in the immediate area of the hotel as its within a suburb of Bergamo but there's a lovely 24/7 cafe/bakery across the road. Hotel itself if not luxury but rooms are big and clean, comfy and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is fine, selection of pastries, cold meats, yoghurts and a couple of cereals. No hot breakfast food but that was fine by us. The lobby and breakfast room was pretty basic but did the job. No safe in our room which was a bit annoying but otherwise we had everything we needed. We'd stay here again.
Stayed here for 3 nights in September - the hotel is in an area a 20min bus ride from Bergamo. The hotel is spacious as were the rooms, but a little dated with cracks in the sinks. The bed was hard. But didn't seem to stop us sleeping well. The rooms and public areas were very clean and serviced well, there was a safe in the room at no extra cost but it wasn't secured to anything and wasn't that heavy that someone couldn't have walked off with it. Breakfast is a continental buffet and quite limited after a few days I was bored with the lack of choice. There is plenty of free parking the staff are very welcoming and happy to help. Good base to visit Lake Como and Garda, but very little there. I would suggest this is more of a 3 star hotel. But do ask for a high room there are some views of the Dolomites to be had. Very quiet considering it is on a main road
I would refute most of the criticism of this hotel. Breakfast was fine / rooms perfectly OK. Had problems with the car..easily sorted out "FREE INternet".. The reception even let me phone Germany (Gratis) to sort the problem out. Many Many thanks to IMANE and HONIO (reception) for their help and patience. The hotel is convenient to Bergmo and to the Airport. Clean all pefectly acceptable for the price. (free Parking)
