Gut für Gäste, die Tageslicht nicht mögen

Positiv:Bei Beanstandungen waren Eigentümer und Verwalter relativ schnell und auch freundlich aktiv.Die Ausstattung an elektr. Geräten und auch von einigen Details (Kaffeekapseln usw.) waren sehr ordentlich.Wi-Fi ist auch sehr ordentlich.Negativ:Es gibt keine "Gebrauchsanleitung" für die Wohnung. In einer solchen hätte stehen müssen, dass der gleichzeitige Gebrauch von nur 2 der 3 stromintensiven Geräte (Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) zum Durchbrennen der für Gäste unerreichbaren Hauptsicherung führt. Somit saßen wir Ende Dezember für längere Zeit im Dunkeln und Kalten - KATASTROPHAL ! Unbewohnbar !Möglich, dass die Heizung, die auf 20,5 C unveränderbar limitiert ist, italientischen Gesetzen entspricht, aber nur schwer zu ertragen.Sogar bei schönstem Sonnenschein ist diese Wohnung dermaßen düster, dass man auf das elektische Licht angewiesen ist - ein extrem ungemütliches Licht von hässlichen Lampen. Eine relativ billige Steh- oder Tischlampe könnte ganz erheblich helfen.Die im Groben sehr ordentliche Ausstattung lässt im Detail (z.B. Küchenutensilien) sehr zu wünschen übrig.Das Blech im Backofen war voller fettigem Schmutz und Speiseresten.Die im Winter dringend erforderliche zweite Bettdecke war voller Schmutzflecke.Die während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes 3-malige Abflussrohr-Verstopfung im Bad führte zu entsprechenden Verzweifelungen.Wir reisen oft und haben uns noch nie so sehr auf unsere Heimreise gefreut.
