On one of the most beautiful beaches in France (6th, according to the Paris Match ranking), on the 2nd floor of a luxury residence (built in 2017) the comfortable “Face Mer pieds dans l'eau” apartment welcomes 2 to 4 people.
You will be enchanted by the view from the terrace and will have direct access to the beach when leaving the building. You can also admire the International Kite Festival in April or Beach Cross in October while sipping the cocktail on your deckchair on the apartment's terrace.

Excellent stay at fantastic apartment

The apartment is fantastic with an amazing view over the beach. The beachfront and town centre of Berck, with all their amenities are within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and with all mod cons and communication with apartment owner was excellent. Would definitely go back.

Beaucoup de frustrations

Pas d'accueil, c'est une première pour nous chez Abritel. Arrivée compliquée par un portail sans numéro donnant accès à un chantier. Emplacement réservé pour la voiture impraticable, trop étroit entre deux murs. Divers manquement dans l'appartement, portes fenêtres défectueuses, pas d'explications pour le chauffage etc. Tout ceci n'est pas compatible avec le prix élevé de l'appartement,

Endroit parfait

Un petit week-end passé à Berck dans l’appartement de Julia. Alors non seulement la vue est magnifique mais en plus l’appartement est superbe. Propre, décoré avec soin et spacieux. Le parking est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons evidemment ce cocon et nous y reviendrons dès que possible !

Magnifique séjour

Appartement au top, très agréable d'y trouver tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, lieu très sécurisé et calme. L'emplacement est extraordinaire, de grandes baies vitrées et une terrasse face à la mer (un bonheur de vivre au gré des marées), juste à côté de l'hôpital maritime; tout est accessible à pied (petits commerces, restaurants, plage, chemins de randonnée, phoques!). Je ne saurai que recommander vivement cette location.

Schöne Urlaubstage direkt am Strand

Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen sowohl den Ruhesuchenden als auch den aktiven Urlaubern. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin funktioniert schnell und einwandfrei.

Très bon séjour, vue superbe ainsi que le logement. Quelques petites remarques : manque quelques petits ustensiles de cuisine basiques ex. tire-bouchons, fouet... Et un peu plus de pression dans la douche ! Un grand Merci surtout pour accepter nos amis les animaux. Bien cordialement.

Super Appartement, tolle Lage, alles perfekt

Wir haben schon oft Ferienhäuser, -appartements usw. gebucht, aber dieses hat alles übertroffen !!! Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, super Einrichtung und alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt und einzigartige Lage. Man ist wirklich direkt aus der Wohnung in 5 Min. am Strand und der große Balkon mit Meerblick ist toll. Abends von dort den Sonnenuntergang bewundern, super. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Julia hat auf englisch prima geklappt. Wir haben wunderbare 14 Tage dort verbracht und sogar das Wetter hat mitgespielt.

Très bel appartement, clair avec superbe vue sur mer

Nous avons apprécié cet endroit situé près de la digue mais en retrait avec vue sur une plage propre. La résidence est sécurisée. L'appartement est clair et moderne avec tout le confort prévu.
