The room was great! We got the 2 queens with micro wave and refrigerator. It was clean and spacious for us. Breakfast is awesome! Lots of choices! This is our go to hotel in Bentonville!

The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom was not up to par. The Clerk up front was not friendly at all. She was too busy to bother being nice I guess. The parking situation is a joke. And why is the hotel tucked behind a Starbucks? Not very convenient.

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was large and except for heat/air conditioning clean. We reported heater not working. They were unable to fix quickly and moved us to another room. All in all was good stay.
