We had a wonderful room and the bed was so comfortable. The front desk person was friendly and we had no problems checking in late. The breakfast was very good food with eggs, gravy, potatoes, waffles and muffins and more.
We've stayed here a couple of times when visiting family in NWA. We love the 2-room suite! Perfect for letting the kids have their own space and allowing us some privacy. We spent ample time relaxing in the hot tub and pool. Our kids enjoyed the basketball court as well.
I stayed at the residence for about 10 days with my kids. The room (a 2 room suite) was beautiful and had the comforts of home. The pool was great and the hot tub was much needed. The boys enjoyed the putting green and the basketball court in between activities. The best thing hands down was the staff. Kyle was amazing and was helpful throughout the week with my specific needs. He even remembered our names and used them. All the staff was professional and accommodating. I am so thankful we chose Marriott.
Staff was just OK - first room I got was dirty all over the bed. Second room I got was OK. Arrived late, MIX event just ended and I was not even asked if I wanted a glass of wine or sandwich (even though no food accessible without a car).
The room was fine, the bed and pillows were good and the breakfast was excellent. The check-in process, however, was not so good. It took about 1/2 hour for Kate to find the rate I had been quoted earlier in the day. She just kept clicking buttons and didn't look at us, give us a reason for the delay or apologize for the wait. I would stay here again but if Kate is on duty, be prepared to wait. I can't imagine what would have taken place if there had been a line of people.
Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, VERY CLEAN, above average breakfast and breakfast area, nice pool area, comfortable bed and bedding, relaxing atmosphere, really pet friendly. I would like to have given a five star rating but my air conditioning system needed attention and gave my room a very musty smell.
Hotel is OK, but the front desk staff is terrible, especially Kate. Looks like she does not know what is customer service. She does not even wish the customer and does not talk anything, even after handing over the keys. She is very slow and said one word I am slow. She should be trained from the very basics of everything about hotels.
I was booked to stay at the Extended Stay America down the street for 3 nights with a small dog. When I arrived there, I found it to be very unsafe and dirty with full time residents. I arrived at this Marriott, crying with my dog in tow on a hot humid day, desperate for a safe place to stay. The front desk gal was SO nice and friendly. She only had a room for two nights but was going to let me know if there were openings for the third. The room was so clean, did not smell or have any suspect odors. The air conditioner worked great. It was very spacious. Most of all, I felt very safe. Very convenient to the freeway but it was very very quiet in the room. Coffee in the room with all the fixings needed but also coffee at the breakfast room. I'll be staying here all the time and will refer all my friends and relatives. Must be GREAT management!
Clean and convenient! They upgraded me to a 2 BR Suite as I selected a studio. Very nice check in staff. Wanted my future business- asked how often I travel to this area, which is twice monthly. If I can get this same rate, I will be back. I feel safe here and it's next door to a decent restaurant that I can walk to. I was going to use the Tuesday's free food but the chicken sandwich looked a bit suspect. There were iced soft drinks but I didn't see the manager's happy hour....... but overall they TRY!!!!
Breakfast good- the problem was when my grandson arrived to eat at 930 .. The sausage was gone and staff said they were out - gravy was empty...breakfast till 10:00 a.m.-- more people coming to eat - the weekend was a busy weekend for northwest Arkansas ..lots of visitors..should of been more prepared..eggs were a little dry..I must say that the front desk staff on the 8th was very nice and helpful.. I also had talked to him the day before and fully appreciate his help- sorry I don't remember his name..The rooms were good..
