My wife and I were in Fayetteville for some Razorbacks baseball and stayed here for two nights. It was very clean and up to date. It’s a very good bargain considering the price and the nice room. The highway is near and that does pose a noise issue but it did not prevent us from sleeping. I love a firm mattress and these were perfect.
Room was clean, Bed linen passed my inspection and bed was fairly comfortable. Heating and cooling unit seemed new and worked well. New flooring, no carpet(yea). Room was quiet. No complaints. Will stay there again if needing lodging in this town.
Yes, the desk and side tables are a bit worn. And the gentleman that checks you in isn't the most jovial individual I've ever met, but the room was clean, the bed was clean and in good shape, the floor was new, and it was quiet, which surprised me, considering how close the hotel is to the highway. Putting in a tile/hardwood floor makes it easier to keep clean. We thought it was good for the price. We weren't there very long, maybe 8 hrs total. The breakfast is a little on the slim pickings side. Cereal and prepackaged danish. The waffle maker isn't working. But there was hot coffee and juice.
We stayed for four nights.Had minor issues and that was taken care of by the owner himself. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Despite the fact that I mentioned we can take care of our bedding, housekeeping was there everday. The traffic was heavy outside and we still slept well. WiFi was excellent. Restaurants are nearby.Yes, We will stay there again when we decide to go to NWA.
We stayed here for two nights in corner room 128, and everything exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, with updated bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, comfy bed and pillows, great water pressure in the shower, MANY tv channels, and fantastic climate control, including the ability to leave the fan on low or high to block noise from the road. Road noise and bright street lights outside are the only cons, and they are easily remedied with the curtains and fan. Good location for exploring the area. GREAT value. Highly recommend!
The visit was ok. Older rooms but not in real bad shape. The only gripe was when we got there at about 11 it took a while for the guy to answer BC he was asleep. Then they tried to charge me $15 for a pet when the only thing the night guy said was we had to get a smoking room.
I stayed in Room 115. The bathroom walls were not clean, very nasty. Interior side of entry door was sticky and dirty. The upholstered desk chair had nasty stains all over it! Bed linens and towels, however, seemed to be fine. The older gentleman that checked me in was rude...it seemed as though checking me in was a huge inconvenience. I was happy to leave the following morning...never again!
Very nice Motel room with nice décor and very clean! Easy access on and off hwy. Nice small property. Nice staff. Neat and tidy. Check out our photos and see. Recommended if you are looking for a nice, affordable, safe motel.
The desk clerk very nice. We have a small service dog He started to charge a pet fee when I questioned him about it he very graciously call his boss and the fee was waived The room was clean and the bed was comfortable The only thing is the convince breakfast is a farce No waffles no milk for the cold cereal had a couple of rolls that looked stale so we went to a restaurant. Would stay there again in spite of no breakfast
We had to make an unexpected stop in Fayetteville, AR while on vacation. We tried a couple of different chain hotels and they were asking a fortune for a one night stay. I called the Regency 7 and the $69 rate was well below what I expected. We decided to give it a try. This is a old style mom and pop type place. No fancy trappings here. However, our room was clean, the beds were clean, and the bathroom was clean. It had the basic necessities. We didn't eat breakfast because we needed to get back on the road. All in all, everything was adequate and what we needed. I would stay here again passing thru.
