Staff was nice and hotel was clean!
Rooms are super small the place is under construction and showerhead falling down, the walls are in bad need of paint. It has not been maintained they are renovating but dust is everywhere and you track it in your car.
The area has a lot of options to go eat. The room was clean, only thing is that you need to ask to clean your bedroom otherwise they will not clean your bedroom everyday
Strangely, the heat in my room was set so high that when I walked in for the first time it was like a blast furnace. It took all night for it to cool off even though I turned it off immediately and had the windows open most of the night. It hadn't been thoroughly cleaned as the table tops had spill and cup marks from the previous guest.
Needs some repairs. Had to wait to long for hot water.
This was a big disappointment for a Wyndham property. Our room was badly in need of a plumber. The shower was barely more than a trickle, this faucet on the sink sprayed water in every direction, and the toilet tank ran frequently throughout the night. When we asked the staff to come check out the poor water flow in the shower, she insisted that it was working properly and was "supposed to be like that." I doubt it. Then, the next morning, the included "breakfast" included neither coffee nor orange juice. I asked about coffee and the desk attendant said she would look into it. There was no indication that she did, and long after that I made a second inquiry. She said that the hotel was "out of coffee." As in, completely out. It's kind of a breakfast staple. And I must say that she was pretty indifferent-seeming about it all, bordering on unpleasant. A pretty bad experience overall.
No parking lot
It was a very small but adequate room. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, but there was a microwave available in a common area. It was difficult to find how to get into the parking lot in the dark.
Okay stay for 1 night.
property was hidden off the highway, which was nice because you didnt hear all the traffic noise. the only thing i have to say is the stains on the carpet were a little unappealing but other then that it was a veey nice hotel. due to covid you have to request room service before 11am, but i didnt care if the room wasn't made up every day so that didn't bother me. the two times i asked for service they did a great job, even put my blanket i brought from home spread out on the bed. will most definitely stay again.
Orbitz messed up our reservation for the forth time because Orbitz thinks that Jr. is a last name. If it happens again we will be through with Orbitz. The hotel did nothing wrong at check in.
I asked for housekeeping twice and never received it. Wi-fi doesn't work inside it's own hotel.
The room and hotel are nice. But be prepared for them to run your credit card again and put a hold on money even after you paid for it through Orbitz. So it’s like getting charged twice even though you will get your money back after you leave, if your not prepared for it, it can be a inconvenience.
No breakfast, elevator out of order, on and off. Smallest tv in a room i have ever seen
