Everything was fine. I loved the view inside from the elevators.

The hotel's manager sadly is just an unhappy grouch. She came to my room right before checkout after I told the front desk we would be extending our stay, banging on the door. She then proceeded to help herself to going inside where I was undressed and had been telling her to hold on. She them stayed in the room the entire time explaining that she needed the next extra night paid for or security and police would have to come... I advised her prior and at that time that that would be fine however she would not give me 2 minutes to get dressed and go down to pay the front desk were just as horrible. As a member of their rewards club and having spent 4000 the last two months with ihg I think it's not at all appropriate to monitor my every move and treat me like a homeless person begging for chage... horrible.

I only gave the staff lower because the maid kept waking me up.

Most people go to this hotel for a conference. I think that for this purpose the hotel is a really good option. You don't really need anything more -- you will not spend much time in your room or using the amenities since the purpose of your visit is something completely different. I do not think it is worth paying more for another hotel with more amenities. Service, cleanness is more then adequate. Do keep in mind that this hotel (as well as most in the area) are not really close to anything. So, other than a Waffle dinner, the closest restaurant or supermarket is 1 mile away and there is no side walk in part of the way there. You will have to walk via grass to get there. If you rent a car, this is a non issue.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Anytime I needed anything, like a microwave in room, the front desk people made sure that it was taken care of promptly.

Every thing about the place was as fine as could be. Everything from the swimming pool to the resturant to the rooms were terrific. This is about as good a deal as you are going to get on a hotel.

The staff was very friendly, except for the security guard. We were there for BB&B,key word BIKER...Do you really exspect them to be quite?Ok he was very rude told us to go in our rooms, curfew was 11:00pm.I had four rooms at this hotel over $130.00 a night.I do believe we were all of age to be out after curfew. We wasn't doing anything wrong and there was nobody even in the rooms where we were standing at.I would not recommend this hotel if you want to have any FUN!!!!!! I will not be staying there next year for sure. You just lost out on $1000.00 from this person

The service from [...], as well as, the hotel was outstanding. The children loved the swimming pool.

this was the smallest king room i have ever seen. the furniture was nice, but way too much of it for such a small room. the bathroom was small, the toilet was loose and the towel rack was mounted on the wall in the bathtub. the room was pretty clean except the maid must have been too short to dust the middle of the headboard. we were on the second floor with a view of the roof and the next morning we were greeted with a worker walking past our window.

US AIR didn't wait the last connecting flight out for us and so we couldn't get to AR. The hotel would not refund one penny of our booking. I will never stay at this hotel again.

hAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED , AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

We were pleased with how easy it was to find and how easy it was to get to the airport. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very accomodating. We ate lunch in the restaurant and the food was very good.

The overall experience was fine. The staff was very personable and friendly. Rooms are very nice size and quiet. No surprises...which is great.

The lobby of this hotel was nice, outside of the building was nice, location great. The rooms were quite disappointing. The beds were of a poor quality and the old, the bathroom shower/tub was very old.
