Good location to freeway- old and rundown. Price was the appeal - much less expensive than other motels in the area.

My main concern with this place was the lack of a fire alarm, just had the wires sticking out of the ceiling. Could use an update - carpet, drapes etc. The location was perfect for our needs and the staff was very helpful.

The name of the of the property should be changed in the listing. I had a very hard time finding it because it is listed as "The St Joseph Inn & Suites" and finally found it as "The Quality Inn Hotel" after stopping and inquiring at places in the area. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. A.K. was very professional and kind.

My biggest concerns about this hotel are related to security and safety. There was no smoke detector in our room or in my parents’ room. The outside door closest to our room did not lock. I understand this is an older hotel, but there was a strange smell in the hotel. I probably will not stay at this hotel again.

Hard to find on the street - no address visible. Hotel Name does not match reservation name. Very smelly - not in a good way. Room toilet was broke off the floor. Guest services had to steal pillows from another room. DIRECTV broken even after guest services came and tried to fix it. No coffee available.

I do not recommend staying here. Majority of the hotel has living residents. Place smells bad, they haven’t vacuumed or cleaned the carpets. People faded on drugs outside and in the hallways. Feel bad for the guy behind the counter residents yelling at him. He was very kind and helpful. The first room we got smelled so heavily of cigarettes we had him move us to another room. While in the new room, the television did not work. He came up and got it working. I would avoid this place.

Our first room smelled terrible, like dog or cat piss. I complained at the front desk and he moved us to another room, which was perfectly fine. The hotel is a bit worn and has certainly seen better days. Carpet in the two rooms we saw, which now seems strange as many places have gone with vinyl laminate floors. Many road/construction workers staying. Overall it was a fine, cheap hotel. My buddy and I noticed a family of 4 check in with their luggage and about a 1/2 hr later returned with their luggage and left. That did not surprise us. We parked our motorcycles near the front entrance. We both removed all of the luggage from the bikes, as I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my hard cases on the bike. At all other places we stayed, my hard cases remained on the bike.

The place was FILTHY!!! The place smelled or weed and cigarette smoke (it's a NON-smoking), What ever the staff was cooking smelled so heavily of curry and was very off putting... the carpet was stained, filthy and smelled like mildew... NO elevator. No one was manning the front desk, you have to press a button and wait.. and we checked in during PEAK check in time before 5pm. I went down at 6:30 am to breakfast..which WAS NON EXISTENT!!! No sign that anything was being prepared, I asked the front desk guy as he was leaving the front desk why there wasn't breakfast ready, he was so non-chalant flicked his hand and said "oh it's usually ready around 8 or 8:30.... NOT that I would eat there as the area was cluttered with broken tables, junk and again filthy! I only stayed there because everything else in the area with in an hours drive was booked... I WARN ANYONE DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE

The inside of the Hotel was dirty, the actual room itself was ok, but the rest of the hotel was not maintained at all and filthy. Also if you have a family I would not recommend this hotel because it was not secure at all. The door lock heading to outside on the end of the building was broken, so just anybody could just walk in through the side door and get right to your room.

Ok so the room was clean. The staff was nice. That's all the good. Hotel was dirty in general. The continental breakfast was some cereal, waffles, bread, no butter, and some yogurt. The juice machine was broken. My rooms door had been broken into at some point and they just glued a new door jam over top of the broken one, so it like somebody could just shoulder tackle the door and it would just break open. The door on the inside would also stick. So if you weren't paying attention and left the room, the door would just stay open.
