All of the ice machines were out of order....the pool was closed. I will stay in a different hotel if i am in the area again.
Breakfast weak! Water Damage in our room. Ceiling NEEDS attention. Also, in the Dining Area...it was leaking today with waste bucket set below...not a good selling point!
Staff was friendly and helpful when tv in room wouldn’t work. Elevator sounds like it is going to stop working at any moment. Building was clean even with some room renovations going on. Asked for a room refresh and received clean towels but no trash bags or coffee for in room machine. Ok for price but may try another hotel next time.
At check-in, we had to change rooms since our first one was NOT clean. It had hair on the floor in the bathroom and a pill in the corner and dust bunnies too (no extra charge). There was only 1 bath towel and nothing else. The toilet paper roll had about 20 sheets left and not an extra one. There was a leftover frozen breakfast sandwich in the freezer part of the refrigerator too. Thanks to the nice clerk at the desk for changing our room! I would not stay here again, since Comfort Suites and Holiday Inn Express are next door and just across the street. They are trying to remodel (2 rooms at a time from what we saw upon arrival) and it's much overdue. An older property for sure.
Property needs a refresh. The a/c chirped/vibrated and made grinding noise all night hindering sleep. Bathroom door did not close at all. Rooms across hall on first floor had no handles/locks. Given the price, it was disappointing.
Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were average clean but worn. Water in the bath tub had a continuous trickle and the toilets were low, double flushing, and sometimes running. For the price of the room I expected to at least have Kleenex and a trash can in the bathroom.
Staff was fantastic. Professional and friendly. Facility clean and updated. Breakfast very good. Power outage caused key cards disabled key cards. Staff had to open the rooms each time. Elevators not working. A bit of a problem when your room was on the third floor
As of 4-3-18, this hotel is a mess and under renovation. Charged for the Orbitz reservation and two different charges in addition.
Room was inadequately serviced. Coffee supplies were not replenished; no cups, no coffee pods or other supplies on second day. When arrived only decaf coffee pods, tissues ran out immediately. No bottle opener available. Bathroom supplies were minimal. Confusing car park entrance and poorly lit. Marginally adequate breakfast and lacking fruit options. Not good value for money.
We booked 2 rooms one was ready when we checked in at 3.30pm, while the other was not-which was inconvenient and unacceptable as reservations are supposed to be ready by 3pm. Also the second room smelled of smoke and there were no other alternative room available. Breakfast OK except eggs were kinda spongy and wet.
It was a very nice family stay. We went for Tulip festival and it was a very nice exp. Hotel location was good and room was clean. It was equipped with microwave and mini freeze. It helped us a lot since we were travelling with a 2 yr old kid.
The staff was friendly and helpful, great location, spacious and clean room. Definitely stay again.
