We really like Fairfield inn’s but this one was the worst we have ever stayed in. The hotel wasn’t old and seemed newer and updated however the cleanliness and wear and tear of the rooms were pretty poor. Upon arrival, the entry way and doors had garbage and trash. Leaves were blowing in side. Could have used a little house keeping. Once we got to our room, right outside our door in the hallway looked like someone washed a bunch of tissues in their pockets and shook them all out on the floor. Upon entering the room we noticed that the carpets had not been vacuumed, more small pieces of tissue, pieces of paper, as well as dead bugs and a pair of old dried crunchy contact lens were on the floor next to the bed. Clearly NOT vacuumed. The sheets and towels seemed cleaned and fresh thank goodness. The curtains were ripped and stained. Couple spots on the walls looked like someone had blew their nose on it. The room could use a deep cleaning for sure. If we come back to the area we will be trying a different hotel. I wouldn’t come back to this location.
