They did not have the room that I reserved available. Had to switch to a non king room. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. The beds were comfortable.

This was the worse lodging experience I have ever had. When we arrived, our room was not ready so we waited for over an hour for it to be cleaned. When we got to our room, the sheets were in wet piles on top of the dresser, there was animal hair ALL over the floor, garbage in the waste baskets, no toiletries, toilet seat was up with urine still in toilet, and the shower had clearly been used. After waiting over an hour past check in, it was not ok to walk into a room like this. The property itself was dirty, pool closed down with caution tape everywhere - this was not made known prior to booking, and staff did not do anything to compensate us. We left and booked at a different property. Yuck.

Plumbing in our room wasn't working. Tub didn't drain while showering and toilet didn't flush all the way. Toilets in lobby didn't work either. We picked this hotel as it's the only one in the area with a hot tub, but the water was ice cold after receptionist told us it's ready. Lots of road noise and train, but expected for the area. Staff was very nice and helpful, but facilities not so great

Overpriced

The room was in poor condition. Floor tiles peeling up, toilet leaking and flushing every 20 minutes, alarm clock broken, windstorm causing loose metal on outside of building to be very noisy, room service didn’t show up so we had to ask for towels for the second night, Pool was not in service. There were train crossings nearby that had multiple Train horns during the night. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was well managed and clean.

It was a very nice place. People were very friendly. My only said suggestion is, if they're looking for a the pool. Don't come until April.

Give Nicole in the breakfast area a raise! She's fantastic! Friendly, hard working, made sure everything was constantly cleaned and food was replenished. Greeted everyone as they walked in. Made small talk with repeat guests. I could tell she takes pride in her job and takes it seriously. She needs to be recognized!

Internet in room worked well. Design of room could have used more thought. The bathroom light had to be switched on outside the bathroom, which affected anyone trying to sleep. One almost had to turn around and back in to have room to use the toilet. The shower worked well with hot water and stream flow.
