This motel is set quite far back from the road, which is good for noise purposes, although it makes it a little hard to find initially. We stayed in a premier (I think that what it's called) room and it was very spacious. The air conditioner and refrigerator both were a little noisy, but after a while we got used to it. It is possible to walk to many attractions and restaurants, although some like the Bennington Monument, are a pretty long walk. You can also walk to the Museum, Hemmings Motor News (across the street) and the church with Robert Frost's grave. There is coffee in the lobby in the morning, but no other food.

We stayed in a Premium King Room, somewhat overpriced at $139/night as we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor, first keys didn't work, the room was clean although the bathroom was very small, the TV snowy on some channels, the bed quite soft, the AC noisy and no breakfast. Would stay somewhere else, if staying in Bennington again,

it was all what you would expect, and maybe a bit more - everyone was super kind and nice and sweet, but no interent ....sad but true, or weak weak, weak would be more precise sorry. It seems to be centrally located, and though I didn't get there the coffee shop close by has a great reputation

Great place with beautiful landscaped grounds and pool. This was my third time here. I was upgraded for free when I arrived to a room with a jacuzzi tub and sauna which was wonderful. I'm now spoiled and will reserve that room next time.

The rooms and the overall property are clean and look nice. The walls are a bit thin (i.e., to noise). The rooms are good sized. The hotel is pet friendly. Our two small dogs and a host of others enjoyed their stay. There is a large "back yard" with a pool and sitting area as well as lots of grass and a few outdoor games. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. We has a nice stay.

We stay here when participating in the homebrew festival. It is cheap and close by. While the grounds are beautiful and the pool is always refreshing, the rooms leave alot to be desired. This visit was in a queen bed room in the main building. Noise was not a problem but the bed was very old and uncomfortable. The pillows were like sad, flat pancakes. Not a great night's sleep. We don't care if the decor is dated as long as the bed, bedding and pillows are updated and comfy. Another annoyance was that there was a roman shade and nothing else on the window. If there had been some sheers, we could have had some natural light in the room without giving up our privacy since our window was directly over the office entrance. The tv reception was a little staticy for some reason but we watched it anyways since we like to see what the weather will be.

Stay on second floor. Rooms by pool can get noisy at night. Coffee was very good, would be nice to have some doughnuts . Parking is limited by entrance doors it can be an effort/ walk to the entrance doors if you have lots of luggage.

I left at 12:30 Sunday and when I returned at night room had not been made up at all despite sign saying service please. There was no wifi. Five of the tv channels didn't work. It's run down and so for 150 dollars a night I say one can do better staying elsewhere.

"Paradise" should be loosely interpreted. An acceptable motel for a day or two. Not many amenities, the pool was great. Part of the front desk staff was not super welcoming or warm. The rooms were clean but musty. The brown cow cafe (not associated with motel) in the parking lot is a great place to eat but only open 9-3. For the price it was worth it and what you would expect.

Very clean and quiet motel within walking distance of town. Traveling with a dog can be challenging but this motel is very pet friendly. No fee for the dog! Terrific! Good walking area too. The room itself was, as I said, quite clean and comfortable. Missed in-room coffee but there was plenty of coffee available in the lobby. No frig in our room although there are in others. Lots of hot water, nice soap, shampoo and conditioner. If you are looking for the ice bucket or hair dryer, they are in the armoire. We didn't find them until we were leaving.
