Granted, we evidently got the worst suite in the hotel. But, you could too... The only view was of a wall 3 feet away - the backside of the entrance car port. (see pics) If there is someone willing to pay a dirt cheap rate for a windowless room, it isn't me. And, certainly not full price for a King suite, as we did. Everything else at the hotel was fine.

Not too much to stay. It was a good run-of-the-mill stay where the room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was fine.

Check in was fast and friendly. Very helpful staff for dinner recommendations. Great experience.

Room for the night was just what we needed. Room was immaculate. Wished I'd brought a swimsuit, although when we checked out the pool, although no one was in there, the area was littered with used towels (to be fair, this was late-ish in the evening the day after Thanksgiving). I would definitely book a room here again. I don't think you should require reviewers to rate WIFI - they may not have used it (I didn't).

Great staff and super clean and comfortable rooms . The pool and sauna are a welcome treat after driving. Hot breakfast starts your morning off right. We will be back

Very noisy AC fans from outside the room makes it difficult to sleep

I travel quite a bit and need places to stay last minute. The Hampton Inn was the best selection in Bennington. Conveniently located near the major roads that take you in and out of town, this hotel looked brand new - almost as if it was built yesterday. We arrived for a late check in and the front desk greeted us with a smile (which can be rare late night and in rural areas.) The room was immaculate and bed covers were gleaming white. Breakfast had a good variety of options and even as they were closing it up, the staff let me sneak in for a few last minute bites. Great place.

This is a first class hotel that offers more than amenities than at home. The staff was very accomodating, and made sure that we were comfortable. The room was perfectly clean and we appreciated the layout of the King suite. We will request at every Hampton Inn when we make a reservation. We highly reccomend this hotel.

Comfortable took, plenty of space and work area, hot tub and sauna were a plus!

My wife, 5 year old, and I were visiting WIlliamstown and looking for a reasonably priced, modern, hotel (hard to find in the Berkshires). The Hampton Inn in Bennington is a marvel; the hotel is very clean, modern, and quiet; even a bit posh. Bennington is about 30 minutes from Williamstown, so it is not that convenient for visiting that town, but staying at this hotel was very worthwhile and we would definitely go back. This was really the best chain hotel in which we have ever stayed.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find off of the highway. Breakfast was OK, but everything was clean and well stocked. The only negative was the loud heating system. Every time is comes on one thinks there is a truck outside.

We visited the Robert Frost home just ten minutes from the Hampton Inn, and then drove north to Rutland. Another day we drove into New York and another day we drove across Vermont and into New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Bennington is central to everything. Three covered bridges are close to the Inn.

Staff very helpful. The room was next to the water heater closet, by the time we returned from our event it was past midnight and the sound kept us up off and on all night. Curtains in room did not close completely, allowing morning sun to shine directly on our faces. A room on the other side of the building would have been better

Staff were really friendly & helpful, the location perfect, but the place looks run down and the heater going on & off all night really unpleasant. Love the hot water dispenser and the free wireless.

Great location for seeing the fall leaves
