We went to see the eclipse in Columbia and this was the closest hotel we could find. We were treated rudely when we arrived. It was break time and they were annoyed to serve us. They were booked. They didn't care on arrival and didn't care when we left. The pictures really tell the story. The bathroom had hair everywhere and it was falling apart. I complained to the main Quality Inn. The Manager wrote us back with this lame answer: Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay on 8/20/17 for one night in Room 203 at our hotel. I asked for a refund and was not given one. I have tried calling you and no answer , went to straight voice mail. Anyway I do apologized for any inconvenience you may had during your stay. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.

We stayed there last week. We received excellent service from Cody at the front desk. While this hotel is not new the Room was clean and hotel is Well located close to downtown, restaurants and highways.

We stopped at this motel while traveling to Myrtle Beach from West Virginia. The room rate was great. It was 2 hours out from the beach. This motel is quiet and clean . Continental breakfast was nice. The young gentleman working the desk at check in was excellent. He was also working the morning that we checked out and went above and beyond his job to assist with directions and places to eat in the area.

The rooms were ok, but the staff were not to be found, no coffee in the kitchen, could not get the AC to cool off our room, I heard others complain about the staff too. The staff we did see looked to they did not want to be bothered. Maybe bad management?, not sure as we usually have no problems with Quality Inn. We won't stay here in way back home.

Every year this hotel meets our expectations. The General manager is always courteous and friendly and gives us a great rate. The breakfast is always attended and well stocked. Thanks again to Mike for our comfortable, yearly stay.

We stopped there on our way to Myrtle Beach to break up the trip. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool was clean and a great place to relax. The only downfall was the noisy a/c unit in the room. Breakfast was included in our package and it was average at best. Easy to find a place for lunch and dinner in the area.

The stay was Good, My parents was impressed we booked two rooms for two day. Rooms were clean! My only suggestion is to assign the first floor to the elderly and disable, the stairs aren't good for older customers.

Recently stayed while in town for GNCC races. Room was very nice, beds are super comfy!! Nice selection at the breakfast bar in morning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Food Lion directly across the street if needed.

Special thank you to Mike, the manager of Quality Inn!! You're the best! The rooms are cute, cozy, and clean with comfortable beds! I stayed on track with my fitness with help from the workout room; small but perfect for a good cardio and weight workout! My husband enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well! This is all true folks...no one paid me to say it😄. The perfect place to stay on your way to the beach!!

With this nice of a room, I was astounded by the low price. Slightly outdated decor, but spotless. A single room was spacious, and as a woman traveling alone, security was good, the parking was well lit, and I was close to the office. Parking is outside your window. Hot water with good pressure, single cup coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board, microwave and fridge. There were amenities I didn't use. The pool and gym, wifi is free. I requested a smoking room, the room did not smell of smoke. I made reservations on the road, when I arrived check in was fast and friendly. As I drove through town after dark I noticed some beautiful houses and a nice looking downtown, I am going to drive through again in the daylight
