The apartment has a communal parking area, is completely renovated and remains fully furnished, ready to move in. It has an excellent location, with all services around and just a step away from Av. Europa, one of the most well-known avenues in Benidorm.



Levante beach is, perhaps, one of the most well-known beaches in all of Europe. It is an urban beach over 2 kilometres long that runs between Punta Pinet and Punta Canfali. An extension of fine and golden sand is bathed by the calm waters of the Mediterranean and, thanks to its orientation, it is possible to sunbathe until well into the afternoon.



Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.

Benidorm Break

We recently spent a week in Benidorm which has beautiful beaches and a really family feel, provided you stay away from the Strip which offers a wealth of entertainment for all tastes! We were disappointed on arrival at this apartment as we had notified of our 12:30 expected arrival time but had not expected an early check in. On contacting the management firm they did say it would be ready a 2pm . We checked for the keys at around 2:30pm and happily they were ready. We then collected our luggage and arrived at the apartment around 3pm (check-in being 4pm) to fine that although clean sheets had been left the apartment had not been cleaned rubbish was still in the department together with soiled laundry , the fridge was full and it was generally untidy. There was nobody there cleaning and no sign of anyone. The management company were fairly unhelpful giving the excuse it was an early check in . In the circumstances the apartment would not have been ready for 4pm. They did eventually refund us the first night stay. The apartment itself is in a great location just off the beach and close to everything. It is a bit tired with some plugs hanging off the wall and faulty wiring on the iron. It was comfortable though with good showers and comfortable beds . Pillows could do with replacing.. Overall we had a great time
