Fantastic apartment in first line of the Levante Beach. Building located in the middle area of the Levante Beach away from bars and pubs. Close to all services. It has a community outdoor pool and parking. The apartment has a bedroom with 2 beds, living room with TV and 2 extra beds if necessary, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. IMPORTANT!!! From January 1 to June 15 and from September 16 to December 31, arrivals on Sundays or any day of the week starting at 20:00 will have a supplement of 50 euros.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an ironing board.

Superbe appartement en face de la mer Levante !

Nous avons séjournés durant 1 semaine dans l appartement "Jazmines", excellent emplacement , juste en face de la mer, les concierges sont super gentils et toujours à l'écoute , bravo ! Un Grand Merci à Alberto le propriétaire, super sympathique, disponible et à l'écoute de ses invités ! Je recommande fortement cet apparement la vue est unique, la piscine, très propre, à 2 pas de la mer. Mes enfants ont adorés et nous aussi ! Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine mais Pour plus longtemps ! Je recommande cet appartement à tous ,un régal !
