My family and I spent a week in this establishment, and were more than disappointed. There were issues before we even arrived. They changed the date on when the deposit was due, so we ended up having to pay earlier than planned. The pictures here are very deceiving. There was a ton of construction when we arrived that was not disclosed. We woke up several mornings to loud construction noise. The location is bad because you have to drive everywhere. The listing states that you can check in anytime after 3:pm. When we called to get the keys, the man who was supposed to meet us was extremely rude. He claimed he had tried to call to set up a time, and that he would meet us at 7:pm. So we had to wait about 4 hours to even get inside. One of the two bedrooms has a bunk bed that our daughters could not sleep in. The slats under the top bed fell when one of the girls got up on the bed. Plus the space between the two bunks was abnormally small.The linens were stained. The shades were stained and did not function well.The parking was a joke. Because of the construction the parking was limited, and we ended up having to park outside the property on the street. I would NOT recommend this property. There are plenty of nice and convenient stays elsewhere in Benidorm if you book early enough. Do not waste your time, money, or vacation on this place.
