Martin and the front Desk staff was very friendly and accommodating
Property has dirty carpet and it smells in the elavator. Booked a room with a King bed and got one with two queen beds because they said they had over booked and ran out of King beds. Made no effort to correct the situation. Clerk at front desk did not know what she was doing and it took a several attempts to get the correct pricing on the room and had to place a phone call to another off-duty employee in order to get it figured out. Just 2 blocks from the hotel is a very unsafe neighborhood. Breakfast was not available one morning because one employee was sick so they close the whole kitchen down and there was no breakfast available.
The only benefits is that the hotel is next to the park. The rooms are old and out dated
Check in was terrible. They didn't serve speciality coffees and we had to move rooms because our air conditioning was very loud. One maintenance guy was super nice the other guy was not.
Very convenient location. Stayed there many times. The staff was great. The hallway carpet did look dated and dirty. The sitting area in the lobby did not look as inviting as it had in the past. Could do with a refresh.
A few hours after checking out, I noticed a $400 charge from the hotel on my debit card. When I called, the front desk person was extremely rude and said it was for “smoking” (neither my husband or myself smoke), and for damage to the room. When I pressed for specifics, or proof of said “damages”, I was transferred to the manager who was actually just the bookkeeping person. I left a VM and have yet to hear back. All of this after my temporary license placard (my car is new and don’t have plates yet) was ripped off the back of my car shortly after we arrived there and checked in. I will absolutely pursue getting back the $400 they took from me, even if that means legal action.
i love the pullout table under the office desk. we were disappointed with the single pullout sofa bed. we expected a double pullout sofa bed. also, the refrigerator is way too small, with 3 kids and hiking activities, we needed more room for our drinks, food that needed to be kept cold.
It was very nice and clean , enjoyed the stay very nice
Arrived very late and the airlines lost our bag so the gentleman at the front desk did all he could to help us out with tooth brushes needed items. The room had enough amenities to get us through our stay.
This hotel is fantastic very nice and close to napa valley and six flags. Rooms are nice.

We are terribly sorry we did not live up to the expectations. We are going to have a full renovations of the property shortly. we understand we fell short. we will do what is necessary to get back to the standards.
