If you are NRI pleaee avoid at any cost . They don’t accept guest from abroad. I booked 3 rooms And travelled about 300 kms but they refused to give me room. Fortunately they saw OCI card and exceptionally they accepted it otherwise this could be a big disaster for us and with luggage this will be very hard for us . Eventually this was finally settled !

Overall a good experience. Only nit is they gave a deluxe room even though I had booked superior. They kept on promising to change it but never did, in a 5 day stay. Its possible we were out and therefore they didn't get a chance, but didn't feel like they wanted to amend the situation. And there was smoking smell on the floor, maybe from other rooms, even though we had booked non-smoking room. They should probably limit that to outside the building. Otherwise it was a good place and staff.
