It's the second year of conference and this is a suitable place for larger numbers. However, this time the food quality was poor. In feedback, could see good improvement on next day. Rooms are good. Best Fitness centre and Spa
Disappointing stay at The Park Bangalore. At 10pm at night I asked to move rooms because the music from the “nightclub” Aqua below was so loud it felt like it was coming from the walls of my room. The staff at the front desk were accommodating, but I wonder what would have happened if there wasn’t another room available. One small beer at Aqua was 600 Rupees....I half expected to get a share in the brewery it came from! There are definitely better bars/nightclubs in Bangalore which don’t charge anywhere near this for drinks.
The experience is out of this world. The food is to die for. The service was quick and dependable. The staff friendly and efficient. The reception warm and comfortable. The location is at the best place possible. The rooms are cute and comfy. Simply loved it.
An excellent location from where to experience the madness of Bangalore. Close to large shopping centre and good restaurants. Our only issue was a rather noisy party held in a function room which went on until 2am. The hotel had warned us and moved us to a room well away from the party but bass goes through walls like a hot knife through butter.
The property is located very centrally right opposite 1 MG Road Mall. The food (breakfast) was impressive. Both taste and spread. The staff at front office, housekeeping and restaurants are good. The bar is also nice. Amenities in the room are standard. However, the room size was a little small. Would have expected a slightly bigger room.
This hotel is a big disappointment. Our recent stay at this hotel January 2 to 4. To begin with the entrance of the hotel is not welcoming at all. I thought we are entering from a back door. The rooms are so bad not even any OK standard.... The bathrooms were in a bad condition, any one can fall coming in and out of bathtub. THE FIXTURES in the bathrooms were loose.... The breakfast was ok. But the music in the breakfast room was terrible in the morning, rather than playing soft music, the disco music was loud. will never stay again, and will tell friends the same. WASTE OF MONEY.
Excellent location, hospitality of the team. Shijo is the best. House keeping team was very kind and polite. Overall great ambiance and more amazing team. Food was very good too. I am sure a lot of people will find it the same.
First stop on our trip to India, having flown into Bangalore airport, arriving early in the morning. Comfortable room but no view. Clean, toiletries provided. Staff friendly and helpful. Main problem was the price of food and drinks. Compared with other places we stayed in drinks were three or four times what we paid elsewhere. Food was OK but nothing exceptional and once again more than double what we paid in other hotels for more exciting food. OK for a one night stay but not a lot to see in Bangalore itself.
We were staying on the top floor of the hotel above the entrance. The room itself was very nice & comfortable - but unfortunately the music from the nightclub on the ground floor kept us awake. When we called staff were entirely uninterested - they were more interested in telling us that the nightclub is famous. After 2 hours of speaking to the hotel about the music, we were offered another room on the other side of the hotel but the music was still audible enough to disturb sleep. If you are planning to stay any night from a Weds to Saturday, be prepared for loud music until at least 1am.
A great place to stay. Comfortable rooms, spacious, good beds to rest and great toileteries. Good food, wide spread, live counters, attentive personnel and fast replenishment with odd choices done for you only. Nice books to read. Right at the heart with quick transport to places to go. Value for money deal. Enjoyed my stay.
