Stayed for a conference- very nice hotel, good service, very clean. The breakfast at the restaurant was particularly good- really made one feel at home. A waitress named Rem was particularly professional. Highly recommended.
I am on business travel to Bengaluru and my travel desk booked this hotel. When I arrived in this hotel, front office Manager Abhishek Shukla gave me very bad experience. He asked me credit card details like card number, expiry date and other details. When I replied that I am regular guest of this hotel and hotel booking is through our corporate travel desk, he does not understand and insisted on credit card details. When I asked him why he is asking credit card details since this is for the first time this hotel was asking me about credit card details. He said this is our hotel policy to obtain credit card details at the time of check in. All this conversation was harassment for me since instead of smooth check in against corporate booking, he was insisting on many details. I asked him to show the hotel policy for obtaining credit card details at the time of check in. He was not able to show me the policy. He replied rudely that check with your travel desk for the said policy and he cannot show me the policy. This kind of behavior I have seen for the first time from this hotel. Earlier also I had stayed in this hotel but everytime my experience was good.
This is my third review of the hotel...I find it extremely comfortable..Lot of Employees have left which the management should address..But the new ones have also adapted well.. Spacious rooms, good food and courteous staff.. Special mention of Mr.Srinivas who takes care of minute details,Shivu,Tapsi,mitu..Keep up the good work... Labour turnover should be watched by the management.. Human resources is so valuable.. Please retain..

Location is outstanding.. the service is very good.. great rooms and friendly staff.. value for money and the best place in town.. Food is very good. some areas in the hotel needs an upgrade but all in all very good hotel..
Nice Ambience, Delicious Breakfast, Accessible Location. Enjoyed Staying for 2 days with Family at very affordable cost. In room dining is a bit expensive. Sofas need to be replaced. Swimming pool should be protected from some leaves and feathers
I rate this experience to be the worst! Absolutely no regard for the customer! I wouldn't recommend a stay here ! The rooms have no MENU CARDS. No BATH MATS. One has to ask for the same! One can party till the wee hours of the morning with the music blaring right into your room with no consideration whatsoever! Construction activity within the hotel starts at 05.45 am thumping right into your room with no consideration whatsoever! The worst!!!!!!!!!
I stayed here for two nights. Very courteous staff and service. Easily approachable. Neat and maintained rooms. Bathrooms were well equipped. Very prompt service. And not too costly. Worth for money..
I had been there last week and the stay was very comfortable and had delicious food especially south indian. Services was bit slow but the staff of coffee shop and reception was very helpful specially mention sidharth and rem who helped me with everything. It was a good stay in chancery pavilion.
