My experience with this hotel was very good very friendly staff good management cleane and hygiene overall good , and I got a small but very good cafe name as Assorted near it , it's better than other all big restaurants near about. So I like to say don't go on others reviews this place is really good.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It is promoted as a 5 Star but my experience is way below 5 Star. This hotel is at best 2 Star. There was a litany of events which made this my poorest experience of a hotel ever. Firstly it took 6 emails to reception to organise a pick up from the airport which by the way never arrived, ended up getting a normal taxi. For the first time in my life my room was downgraded. I was given a so called "Superior" room which very basic no mini bar no hand towels and worst if all the room was damp. So bad that a fungal growth developed over the 3 days I stayed. The reception staff have no concept of how to deliver customer service nor manage complaints. The only positive was the small lounge bar as the service here from the staff. I strongly recommend that you stay away from this hotel until such times as they renovate the hotel and change the reception staff.

It was an amazing experience staying at The Chancery Pavillion. Hotel executives were really helpful. This kind of hospitality is hard to get. From room service to food everything was perfect. It was a different city but it felt like home. Thank you Chancery Pavillion for this .

Hotel has very old infrastructure. Equipment was outdated. There were only 2 lights in the room. Despite geting a third lamp installed, lighting wasn't sufficient. we had to sit in the lobby to work. For the price they charge, you can easily find way better options in the vicinity

I was on one of my business trip when i experienced this property. The reception staff was courteous enough to offer me an upgraded room. Rooms were average in size but kept with good hygiene. I had issues with my laundry services which the hotel management addressed very well.

Chancery Pavilion, conveniently located on Residency Road. Good for those who have work in and around MG Road or Banerghatta Road. The rooms are well appointed with en-suite amenities and free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a 24 HR fitness centre and plenty dining options which I could not use. The breakfast was good at the Coffee Shop. At checkout one can see a printed sheet which has the options of late check out at a cost. The Front desk staff was found to be extremely efficient and professional. Recommended if one has overnight stay in Bengaluru.

The people and the food make this hotel all right. Unfortunately the rooms do not reflect a 5 star hotel anymore. They are old, lots of stains on the carpet and the bathroom has seen better times. Breakfast was fine, hotel bar is fine.

Room is nice, shower is great. Bed is comfortable. They need to keep the noise down though...outside noise was a bit too loud. Also, they are quick to call you at 104oam and remind you to check out by 11. I find that a bit unnecessary.

The hotel seemed to be one with a rich history and I guess that's where the best things stop. The only friendly staff were around were the hotel management trainees who were offering exceptional services...may they are fresh. Others seemed to have forgotten what's service... The check in and check out was pathetic and once inside the room, it was pretty ordinary. The mini bar was not filled and when I asked it to be..a guy came unapologetically filled and went...when I asked him why was it not done earlier, he responded quite rudely as to it was not his job.. Breakfast was ordinary and you never got what you wanted. Sad ...the place is rotting

I had a really great 2 night stay at the The Chancery Pavilion. Good ambiance, friendly staff & prompt service. Luved the breakfast but need some change in daily breakfast served. Just a small request to have a gud lounge in from area to laze around with friends or co-guest in night which the current set-up lacks. Hope the next stay may have some welcome changes.
