Everything about this hotel is simply superb, it's conveniently located in the heart of the CBD in Bangalore and is easily accessible. We landed here for a team lunch couple of days back and had a great experience . The food has beyond expectations, and the buffet spread was quite lavish .Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves . A special mention goes out to the ever attentive hotel staff who were always on their toes to cater to our needs , hats off to the F & B team who were extremely prompt .The hotel was spic and span and overall we had a 5 star experience and total value for money. I'm definitely going back very soon.
Here is my follow up review of the Iris Hotel and Spa at Bangalore, India. As succinctly summed up in my title above, my revisit to Iris was quite simply a trip down memory lane - this place quite simply continues to evoke the same feeling of being welcomed in a special manner all over again. From the convenience of location to the clean décor, delectable cuisine, friendly demeanor of the staff and the sheer consistency of the service offerings, Iris Hotel clearly merits a special place among the finest business hotels I have patronized. Here's wishing the General Manager and his dynamic team a fabulous new year. Keep up the good work. :)

I've never traveled to India before and I'm not an avid traveler, so booking a hotel in a foreign country was somewhat intimidating to me. I booked three days at The Iris Hotel and was wondering how I would spend my time alone. The first day I asked the hotel staff for some safe recommendations to tour the city. The hotel managers, Nayaz Ahmed and Vijay Chandran, suggested that I take the hotel Taxi around the city and that they'd inform the driver of nice places to visit, etc. I agreed and the taxi driver took me to beautiful temples and sites to see. I felt safe because the hotel knew who I was with. Upon returning, I was greeted by everyone at the desk with "Hello! How was your day? Did you have a nice time?" I truly felt like they knew me and were watching out for me. I needed that! I ended up meeting a lovely lady over breakfast at the hotel and we spent the next two days traveling through the city on a Tuk Tuk. We shopped and got Henna on our hands and arms. Each time we left and returned, the hotel staff would ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Even the doorman was eager to see us and greeted us like we were long-time friends! Again, I felt like they were truly concerned for our well-being and happiness. Me and my new friend ate all of our meals at the hotel restaurant. Sometimes we would take hours eating and chatting and laughing. The staff was extremely accommodating to our long stay while dining and never acted like they wanted us to hurry up so they could clear our table. They actually would remember how we liked our coffee and which deserts we enjoyed, so they would bring it before we could even request them. We also got two services each at the hotel spa. I can actually say it was by far, the BEST facial and foot rub I've ever had, and I've had plenty to compare them to. I am not being paid for this review. I do not know anyone who works at this hotel personally, and I may never return to India. That being said, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, its friendly staff, its nice rooms, great spa, and excellent food! Oh...also, it's centrally located, so you can easily get to other destinations. Best of luck to you!

A very pleasant stay and staff that go beyond duties to make it pleasant. I had a business trip planned to Bangalore at very short notice and picked this place as it was closest to my office. I had to travel with my 11 month old daughter. The staff were excellent and always ready to accommodate my requests for baby food preparation in the kitchen :) I'd like to personally thank all the staff for the services they offered
