Luxury 2BR Old Mill Bend Mountain Views

Experience modern luxury in the heart of Bend’s Old Mill District at Atrium 230. This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers sweeping views of the Cascade Mountains, Deschutes River, Old Mill smokestacks, and nearby amphitheater.

With a prime location, stylish furnishings, premium amenities, and a private garage, Atrium 230 puts the best of Bend right outside your door.

Atrium 230 features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king-size beds, while a bunk bed in the den area provides additional sleeping space for your group.

Designed for both comfort and convenience, the condo features:

* Heated tile floors in the primary bedroom
* Comfortable beds and quality linens
* Modern, well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals at home
* Beautiful balcony with sweeping Cascade Mountain views
* Private garage parking
* Stand-up paddle boards
* River tubes
* Picnic supplies for enjoying Bend’s parks
* Air conditioning
* Washer and dryer
* Wi-Fi
* Elevator access

The location is one of Atrium 230’s biggest advantages. You’ll be within easy walking distance of the Old Mill District’s shops, restaurants, theaters, riverfront, and entertainment, while the Box Factory and Market of Choice are also nearby.

Spend the day exploring the Deschutes River, enjoy dinner within walking distance, or grab the paddle boards and river tubes from the garage for an outdoor adventure.

Cascade Views and Summer Concerts

From the balcony, take in beautiful views of the Cascade Mountains and the surrounding Old Mill District. The nearby Hayden Homes Amphitheater—formerly known as the Les Schwab Amphitheater—is located within the Old Mill District and hosts a busy summer concert season.

Please note: Because of the property’s proximity to the amphitheater, concert and event sounds may be audible from the condo on summer evenings, particularly during performances. For guests who enjoy live music, this puts you remarkably close to the action; guests seeking complete nighttime quiet should keep the seasonal concert schedule in mind.

Your Bend Home Base

Whether you’re visiting Bend for outdoor adventures, live music, dining, shopping, or simply want a comfortable place to relax with mountain views, Atrium 230 offers a unique combination of upscale comfort and an unbeatable Old Mill District location.

With a private garage, outdoor gear, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and easy access to Bend’s riverfront and attractions, Atrium 230 is an ideal home base for your Central Oregon getaway.

Post Christmas Ski Trip

Lovely condo and super convenient location in Mill District. We ate in the district every night. Modern amenities are deluxe and great. Being in the city was good. Didn't have a "mountain feel" of our other family ski trips but that's ok and we knew that going in. Highly recommend.
