I stay in bend often and selected Sleep Inn based on location and price. I was not at all disappointed in the value of the room and the quality of the hotel. It was such a value that I added a 3rd night to my stay. I typically stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, but this hotel is half the cost and just as great of mattress, shower, and room decor quality. Sure, the breakfast isn't as robust and no pool, but if you are looking for a decent, quality stay in Bend and don't need all the frills, this is the spot. The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. Only complaint that if you are eating breakfast at 10am, you get blocked in and they shut off the TV, etc. Like getting kicked out of the bar right at last call...would be nice to not feel like being rushed to leave an open seating area.

The night staff was awesome! The room was pretty clean. The room had a comfortable bed but very worn sheets. The shower somehow sprayed a lot of water out onto the floor every time and could use repair. Overthe stay was pleasant.

Nice clean room, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast options were plentiful and hood. Great location, across the parking lot from worthy brewing that has good food and beverages and atmosphere. The room price was great—very reasonable.

Great room and excellent front desk person when we checked in. The bed was comfortable, but had the small, flat pillows that seem to be everywhere. (Hotels really need to get back to using more than 3 feathers wrapped in a sheet.) Everything was clean and quiet and nicely arranged. The breakfast was standard hotel fare -nothing special. Dinner at Worthy Brewing across the street was great.

Staff was often standing outside and around the corner from the front door, forcing guests to wait for someone to help them at the front desk. Pool was covered and unusable but hot tub was open and seemed well taken care of. Found a couple of long black hair in bedding which makes you question the cleanliness. Complimentary breakfast was decent and well stocked. One staff member worked hard to keep everything clean in that area.
