Had a good stay. we have been coming to this location for over five years and a recent policy change was disappointing at best. Why start charging $12 dollars a day for parking. They have not done this before. Terrible public relations and what idiot in marketing thought this was a good idea for your guests? If you need the money (???) add it into the room price not a tacky add on when you visit and check in. Nice reward for being an Honors member being billed $12 additional dollars a day for parking in a lot that you own with no security. Sad and unwise decision.

The staff, when I let them know we had dogs (to pay the fees) she asked if we would like a ground floor room, which so happened to be a huge upgrade from the one we booked. Very happy as always with Hampton. Also the breakfast, top notch as always.
