The entire experience of our stay was exceptional. The cottage is well located, very clean, well maintained and very well equipped, the air conditioning was very quiet and effective when needed. Outdoors, the parking was convenient and the rear patio overlooking a wooded rockery was fantastic with the occasional glimpse of deer in the garden. Our hosts were very welcoming and good company with a wealth of local hints and tips if you need them. It's a short stroll into down-town Bend and an excellent grocery store is only a short drive. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Bend. Our stay was lovely. The River Terrace Cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed. The host was easy to reach, quickly answered any questions, and provided clear information/directions so we knew what to expect. The garden is stunning, we enjoyed time out on the patio…the area is quiet and relaxing. It’s a pretty cottage with a well-stocked kitchen, bath, bedroom and LR. Clearly the host has gone out of their way to accommodate guests and anticipate needs/wants. The location is very close to downtown and just around the corner from the river: very walkable. We absolutely would recommend and hope to return for another stay in the future.
