We didn't realize how close and walkable this was to downtown, the condo was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities, grounds, and cleanliness.

Exceptionally clean. TWO bathrooms! Full Kitchen. Very nice place to stay. Right next to public park on Deschutes River walk. If you're going to Bend...this is the right choice.

Great location, just minutes from the restaurants and shopping. We used it as home base for our visit to Crater Laker (about 2 hrs south) so we didn't spend as much time in Bend as we would have liked. The apt was very clean. We could have used more open shelves and hooks to put our stuff on, but overall, it was a very good experience.

This was a staycation for me. I love the location close to town you can walk. The condo itself was clean and had everything I needed. Definitely stay again Deborah.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Beautiful trail on the river 3 minutes away. Older building but remodeled nicely. Could hear everything from upstairs guests. The late check in with no exceptions is a little disappointing. They give an obvious reason for this but no exceptions feels a little lame.

Excellent location

The unit was clean and well appointed. When we ran into a snafu with the TVs, Destiny came right over and stuck around until we found a solution, which we greatly appreciated. We loved being a 15 minute walk from downtown.

Great setting in the complex, easy walk down to the river. This is the ground floor, so can hear above walking around occasionally. There is a pool in the complex, but not for this unit/section of the buildings. TV in both living and bedroom-both Roku with some local channels in bedroom/not living room. Two baths with one you can roll in the shower a wheelchair, other with tub. Good amount of kitchen supplies and BBQ, but we ended up going out to eat each day.

Weekend getaway

The inside was ok but the pictures made it look much nicer than it was. The outside was old and needs so much work. I usually always give great reviews and this just wasn’t the place for us.

I enjoyed my stay at Pioneer Park Condos very much. I went over to Bend to spend my birthday on May 5th. The condo and the surroundings were as expected and as advertised; very nice!! My problem was with the check in!!! I arrived earlier than expected, but knew check in time was at 4. I walked around until after 4, came back to my room not being ready. The front desk told me she would call when the room was ready. No call until approx 5:30. I stopped at the office and got the code for the door, and it wouldn’t work. Tried several times, but still couldn’t get in. I’m exhausted from a long drive and now unable to settle into the condo I had reserved! I went again to the front desk obviously unhappy, and told her the door wouldn’t open for me. She said she would meet me at the condo and try the code herself. No luck for her either!! Maintenance guy is called, it’s now after 6pm! He needs to change the battery on the door lock. Finally, I’m able to get in, but only through one out of the 2 doors to the condo. No problem, but I’m still annoyed and inconvenienced by the late check in over 2 hours following check in time at 4pm. I am told by the woman at the front desk that I will receive a discount for the inconvenience. We’ll see, so stay tuned!

Nice little place close to downtown

Nice little space super close to downtown. There was a nice outdoor space with grass and trees and the inside although small was all we needed. I wish there was a door for the bathroom in the bedroom though. We ended up never using it. Also a counter or shelf for toiletries would be really convenient.
