Excellent accommodation very poor property management
This review would have been the best review for an apartment that I have stayed in and I can’t complain about the apartment it was excellent but the management company benal coast not so much, when we arrived we was given an envelope with 1 key 2 forms we had to sign and 2 wrist bands for the pool on coming home we got a phone call asking where the key was so I told the lady it was on the table with the signed forms then I received another call asking where the key cards where and the other key told her we only had 1 key and no key cards, they only returned £65 of the 150 euros we had paid for the breakage deposit so I rang 3 times with no answer to find out why, on my next try my phone number had been blocked so I sent a message and got the reply they had charged for a key and 2 key cards that we didn’t get so basically she was calling me a liar, I’ve asked her to check the-cameras to check from the start of our holiday to the end did we use a key card and the answer would be no we had to use the intercom to get in and out, it’s appalling to be treated like this of a supposed property rental company and if I was the owner of the property I would be looking somewhere else to use, I’m getting in touch with vrbo to try and sort this out as I don’t like being treated like a liar

En el anuncio pone "colección de lujo" y de lujo nada, apartamento normalito y con defectos tales como: lavabo y fregadero obstruidos, horno no funciona, ducha con mucha falta de limpieza y en general decepcionados con el apartamento. Como punto positivo gran terraza y buenas vistas.
El apartamento está muy bien, muy completo. La terraza espectacular. Está alejado del follón al tratarse de un séptimo. Hemos tenido algunos problemas pero los han ido solucionando. La piscina bien, pero en agosto demasiada gente.

Weekend stay at apartment.
Property was light and clean very good location however, no ironing board or hairdryer was in the property. We requested a queen bed but we had 2 single beds pushed together and made up separately. There were items of garden furniture that needed throwing in the bin and weeds on the terraces. Simple things to change then we would stay again.
