VFT/MA/53245 This fantastic apartment is in Pueblo San José, Benalmadena. Just metres from the beach, super

central, yet quiet, it is comfortable, elegant, spacious and is in a closed complex with swimming pool, barbecue area

and next door to a mini golf.

Prepared so it can accommodate 4 people in comfort, the apartment layout is:

From the front door there is a large bedroom with 2x single beds that make up a super king, as well as a day bed.

Opposite is the shower room and stright ahead is the living room with kitchen/ dining area. The main bedroom comes off

the living room. There is a lovely glassed in terrace that gets lots of sunshine, especially in the morning. The view from

the living room is a relaxing pool/ sea outlook.

Fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay:

- Towels and bed linen.

There is a community swimming pool that has many sun loungers as well as a chill out and barbecue area (please

ensure that you leave it clean after use), as well as an enormous garden with beautiful sea view.

The complex has free parking all around and this apartment has a private garage with space for one. Within walking

distance of shops, the beach and the bus line to Malaga or Fuengirola. The stop is just down from the complex, on the

road.

Malaga airport is 15 km away.

We have an excellent taxi service that will pick you up and take you directly to the apartment (please ask for details),

there are also very good bus connections.

In the surrounding area you will find small shops and many restaurants. Arroyo de la Miel is a half hour walk away, with

Friday market, Renfe train station, or less than 5 minutes by car.
