Would give a lower score if I could. Any comforts of the room is turned into a negative experience by the hotel wrongly charging us. Our first night, we were fast asleep. The front desk called several times. When we didn't get to the phone in time, they came banging on our door in the middle of the night, They said they put us in the wrong room. They wanted us to come downstairs for some reason, we said we would in the morning. No one was there in the morning. The following morning when we checked out, they charged my card for the room. They should NOT have done that, we had paid already through Hotels.com. I called that morning, he told me when the manager would be in. I called back a little after that. He said the manager just got there and to hang on. They hung up on me. I called back and a girl answered, she said she was not the manager and that there was no manager there. Someone is not telling the truth. She took my name and said she would see what she could do. She also hung up on me. Still trying to get our money back. Do not give this place your credit card.
