Beautiful hotel, great facilities, nice staff. I stayed in a room that I imagine was near a room that was renovating and it was madness!!! At 8am the noise would start and would continue nonstop, it was horrible!
No outdoor pool. Internet was very very slow in rooms. We had to change rooms because the fist one was so small and not inviting. Breakfast didn't have a variety of foods at all. No veggies whatsoever. Plates were not clean and it was very gross. None! The receptionist was not very friendly as well. Bed was Ok after we changed room to a more expensive one.
Nice hotel at a good price. Modern appointments with a great view (from the higher floors.) Prompt response to requests. Most of the desk personnel spoke English very well. Great restaurant on the ground floor, breakfast buffet was generous and widely varied. Dinner was very good with excellent pizza. Very good wine selection and professional service. Well located, only a block to a major shopping mall. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again without hesitation.
The hotel looks brand new and feels boutique. Service was friendly and fast, well decorated, excellent breakfast. Well located in a nice neighbourhood. The only down point was the acoustic between rooms. You could hear anyone walking in the hall (I was on the 20th floor) and hear my bedroom neighbour . Good thing he/she was an early bird. Despite that I recommend it for business trips. PS : Lots of reviews here complain about internet service. I had no such issues. Wifi reach was great.
The hotel was good, they where really helpful. The internet is really slow, and the shower was difficult to get a right temperature. The breakfast was oke and had a good variety, but the bread was not really fresh.
this is a nice looking hotel, rooms with good size and nice breakfast. BUT, nowadays, a terrible internet connection makes a pessimistic idea of the hotel. Not first time here because of near work, but always a bad internet experience in the room.
After a flight I arrived about 9PM with 2 other US company executives and one local executive. Were instructed upon arrival that our reservation was cancelled and there was no rooms. Desk attendant seemed much more intent in figuring out what happened than helping us find a room (honestly after a few minutes we didn't care - we just wanted to be settled). After about 20 minute conversation with the local executive the desk attendant told us it would be about 10 minutes and he would have it solved. We went into the attached Pizza restaurant to have dinner and a drink. we took about an hour - maybe slightly more and when we came out the attendant had nothing more than when we went in. He did try offering us two rooms with two single beds each...obviously not a satisfactory answer. Otherwise he could only point us toward another hotel. If he knew that was the answer, why not stop by the restaurant to tell us after the initial 10 minutes was up - we might not have taken as long on dinner if we knew we still had to relocate...in the end I don't think anyone could find the exact cause of the mixup and the desk personnel appeared much more interested in making sure they CYA (which I don't believe they succeeded in) than taking care of customers...disappointing level of service.
We were in the hotel during the weekend for an event, good localization, easy access, very clean and an amazing restaurant. The staff were very cheerfull, nice and helpfull. Didn't spent too much time inside the hotel but overall it was a nice stay.
Great hotel! Location is excellent - Lourdes district, and it's close to Diamond Mall. Room Service was very good. Breakfast was good! This room was very comfortable. Great facilities for guests: swimming pool, gym, business center, sauna, jacuzzi, parking... Parking was paid. Free wifi. But I have only 2 points to complain: - I didn't like the smell of the bed clothes. They stank. I asked to change all bed clothes and they did immediately. - Big line to check out at 12:00pm and only 1 receptionist to handle with both check in and check out. He apologized at the end with all guests.
Good place for business traveler, I stayed there for about a month, good service, they have a pizza restaurant which is also good. There is diamond mall very close to this place. Good connectivity available.
