Foi boa, funcionários não são simpáticos, toalhas não foram trocadas todos os dias, shampoo e sabonete sem reposições. Alguns itens do café, assados, estavam ressecados. O restante estava muito bom.

Quarto razoável, estava limpo. Wifi não funcionou. No banheiro não tem água quente na pia. Não tem luz de cabeceira na cama, nem controle da luz ao lado da cama. Razoável barulho da rua (6° andar). Hotel Fraquíssimo!

Razoável! Para se ter uma ideia...peguei a chave, subi para o quarto com minha esposa, quando abro a porta, o técnico de manutenção dentro do quarto, sem máscara (COVID-19 em alta) e com seu material espalhado sobre a cama, mesa, etc. Tivemos que descer, pedir novamente outro quarto, que a porta do banheiro é presa por uma sacola plástica, chuveiro demorando para esquentar e cama pequena, para quem tem um 1,83m, praticamente com as pernas para fora! Enfim, um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei e não recomendo nem por pequena estadia!

Bom hotel. O que achei bem interessante, como deficiente visual, é que é o primeiro hotel que frequento cujo aviso sonoro de andares do elevador está funcionando, o que é muito importante para a nossa acessibilidade. Parabéns!

Hotel corresponde ao custo benefício das tarifas. Ótimo atendimento, adorei a localização e acessibilidade. Quarto deixou um pouco a desejar no conforto, cama de solteiro é bem pequena, wifi não estava funcionando nos quartos. Café da manhã é encerrado bem cedo, as 09:30, isso me incomodou. No geral eu gostei, atendeu as minhas expectativas pelo preço.

Reservei um quarto de casal pelo expedia, no momento que cheguei no hotel disseram que não havia nenhuma reserve em meu nome e mais, o hotel já estava lotado, ou seja, tive que me virar para encontrar outro hotel que tivesse disponibilidade na cidade.

A Qualidade de Sono, Não É Das Melhores.

Os funcionários são excelentes, muito prestativos e simpáticos. Porém, o Hotel tem um grande problema de estrutura, que é o Isolamento acústico de péssima qualidade. Tivemos que trocar de quarto, pois escutávamos muito barulho no teto, chegava a ser insuportável(na primeira noite após a troca, resolveu, mas na segunda, já voltamos a ter o problema, em menor altura, mas os barulhos estavam lá. Acordamos várias vezes à noite)... barulho de cadeira arrastando, de salto e chinelo andando pelo teto e qualquer coisa que caia no andar de cima incomoda quem está no quarto debaixo, sem falar que, pela manhã, se você quiser descansar até um pouco mais tarde, Esqueça! o barulho das rodas do carro da limpeza pelo corredor ou qualquer outro barulho de portas fechando, elevador e etc é facilmente percebido dentro do quarto e incomoda, bastante. Ou seja, a função principal do hotel que é acomodar confortavelmente o hóspede, não acontece. Vi que algumas pessoas reclamaram do fato da maquina de ar-condicionado ficar localizada dentro do banheiro. De fato, quando se utiliza o mesmo por um determinado tempo chega a incomodar, mas dentro dos dois quartos, não achei que incomodasse, pelo contrário, até amenizava o barulho externo. No mais, wifi é bom, tem boas opções de consumo dentro do quarto e um bom café da manhã. Enfim, não me hospedaria novamente, muito me surpreende a nota que ele tem no Hoteis.com, pois o Custo X Benefício, realmente não vale a pena, a qualidade de sono é muito ruim.

Hotel simples, situado numa região central, movimentada, e nada residencial. Limpo. Atendimento muito atencioso. Não tem serviço de quarto. Como cheguei tarde, e restaurantes da região fecham às 22:00 às segundas-feiras, tive que pedir comida de fora.

Ruim: ar condicionado barulhento, dificultanto as minhas noites de sono cama pequena (dimensões de cama de viúva) cafe da manha em horário restrito (solicitei um café com um pão e não quiseram me dar, sendo que eu cheguei pra tomar café as 9:35) custo beneficio ruim (hotel muito caro pelo serviço ruim que oferece) dificuldade de controlar a temperatura da água do chuveiro (não consegui tomar banho quente) atendimento fraco (com exceção do funcionário Jean)
