The bathroom door didn't shut because it was barley hanging on there hinges. No cups or eating utensils in the room whatsoever. Had to call for toilet paper and they couldn't even bring it to our room we had to retrieve it from the front desk. The cable they offered was less than accommodating didn't offer basic packages or movie channels thank God I brought my Amazon fire stick.

Simple, comfortable bed, nice staff.

I had a long stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and included although not advertised. It was close to all the business I needed to take care. I needed a room to have a meeting and manager allowed me to use the breakfast room without any extra charge. It was very convenient. Two disappointments during my stay: the strong and unbearable smoke smell in the hallway and in my room at night and the fact they started a major remodel during my stay. Apparently although it is a non smoking hotel, they allowed a long standing guest to smoke in room. There was so much smoke that it would cover the hallway and find its way to my room. I switched to a different room on the 7th floor. With the remodel, the noise started around 8 every morning and one particular day I was not able to contact the hotel because of phone lines were disconnected due to remodel at reception area. One night I arrived late and there was no lights in the hallway to get to my room and I bumped my head on hanging light fixtures wires. Saw some guests complaining of no internet connection to manager. Manager was kind and frank that remodel timing was not her decision and still tried her best to fix every situation. All staff was very courteous. Manager was working hard to please every guest.

Péssima, o quarto praticamente nao tem ventilação e iluminação natural… no anúncio diz que são a prova de ruído e foi o pior que achamos, da pra escutar absolutamente tudo do corredor e do quarto do lado, tinha uma família hospedada ao nosso lado e eles chegaram tarde da noite falando muito e acordou a gente, na parte da manhã a criança falava muito, cantava, ria (o problema não a criança) e como o quarto não tem tratamento acústico nenhum, novamente a família nos acordou cedo no outro dia. A porta do banheiro é de vidro e estava bem sujo ou manchado não tinha como saber, a televisão não funcionou e o quarto que colocou a gente, não era o das fotos do quarto selecionado… só não pedimos pra trocar pq tivemos um dia cheio e só tomamos banho e já deitamos, se tivéssemos chegado no início do check in, com certeza teríamos pedido pra trocar.

O primeiro quarto que me colocaram estava cheio de problemas, controles de tv e ar condicionado, descarga do banheiro, porém, a atendente foi super atenciosa, me mudou de rapidamente. A atendente do dia seguinte parecia estar fazendo um favor quando era solicitava, muita ma vontade. O café da manhã foi bom, o quarto bom também.
