Absolutely awful experience with this property and staff. When I pulled in to check in, there was a man trying to break into multiple rooms before coming and harassing me in my vehicle. I called the front desk from the parking lot to call the police, and I pulled out to go stay elsewhere. As I pulled out, I saw two staff members walk just outside the front door, look out briefly, and then go back inside. When I called back a few minutes later, the lady on the phone laughed at me and dismissed my claim, and then they kept my money even though I never checked in and had to go stay elsewhere, due to feeling unsafe as a solo female traveller. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not go here!

Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, all amenities/appliances worked. Of course, the walls of the rooms are very thin, and I could hear a snoring guest in another room, but that's ok. So, bottom line: as a motel, this one is good. I would stay again.

Great price

I have to say it was clean I bring my own cleaning supplies and after wiping down surface areas the cloth was not dirty There is an odor I didn’t like but I’m sensitive to the slightest odors.

Everything the rooms smelt of MOULD this room is very very UNHEALTHY. When we got up in the morning the washroom floor was covered in ANTS The manager was so rude when I asked her for a refund

Good motel for overnight stay, as it is very close to US/Canada border. Overall room was clean, and air conditioner worked for a hot day. Although the Tv remote didn’t work, Pillows were hard, and shower head needed some tightening it was ok for the night.
