A Unique resort RV camp ground. All roads are paved within the park with plenty of RV spaces of various sizes to accommodate all sizes of RVs. Clubhouse with full restaurant and bar. Pool and hot tub available. Lots of activities including cornhole and movie nights. There are also park RV trailers available for rent for those who don't have an RV or trailer. Located in between Williams and Flagstaff, convenient to most activities. We enjoyed our stay for the weekend.

Property was neat, but there was limited parking and the cabin was not spacious as far as a living room.

First time staying here. More than enough room for 4 people. Very clean and unique place to stay. The common area was very inviting and cool to hang out in. Would definitely recommend others to stay here and i will definitely be staying here again myself.

Quiet location but insufficient hot water

We stayed in one of the cabins, which was very modern. The location was quiet, and the cabin had plenty of kitchen essentials for cooking. The wifi worked great and the cabin had a large TV. The staff was friendly. The downsides to our stay were a lack of hot water and thermostat issues. It was hit or miss getting a hot shower. I'm not sure if the cabins share a hot water source, but it seemed like we only got hot water if we were in the shower early morning or at a random time of day. The thermostats also have a sensor for movement and seem to kick on only when people are moving. At night, the heat wouldn't kick on hardly ever, so we would wake up freezing and find the cabin was 60 degrees. While our stay was not overall bad, the hot wster issues will prevent me from returning.

I should have given the property an excellent overall rating but I only gave 4 stars. The water heater is so bad! The water gets to freezing point in the middle of shower. I end up heating the water in the pot every time I took a shower. The water was so cold for the entire stay.I spoke to the front desk and they apologized. I was informed that the water heater capacity is so limited. Otherwise, the property has complete amenities that I love.

Only okay

Our stay was only okay. We arrived an hour after check in and our cabin was not ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes. Once we got our cabin info we arrived and someone was already in our cabin so we had to go back and tell the front desk. Apparently they had given our clean cabin to another family. They ended up moving us to the one next door which looked like they quickly and sloppily cleaned for us. There was no toilet paper so we had to go to the front desk again to get some. We had to plundge the toilet every sungle time we used it. The grill did not work. And the shower was VERY slippery and my child fell very hard getting in. The cabin and stay would have been so lovely if these issues hadn't occurred.

Pretty place but small facilities and loud trains.

It’s a cool place but it’s deceiving on how small the units are. I would compare it to a large cruise ship cabin. It was not comfortable for our family. It was also really drafty and cold, even with heat running. Also, the train noises are almost constant at night and so, so loud. It’s too bad that it was built so close to the tracks. It’s really pretty and the area is cool but we would not stay again with our family. We were disappointed.
