Enjoy this recently modernised Apartment - Handily located with a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the building that takes you into Belfast City Centre and 10 minutes walk from Lanyon Place Central Train Station. Equipped with fast speed fibre broadband and a smart 55 inch tv. Enjoy easy on street car parking with a side lay-by and in the residential area directly behind the building. Also available for medium to longer term Stays - Please message David The apartment has recently been renovated and guests will have full access the apartment on their own ie you will not have to share with anyone. Parking - there is free on street parking to the side and rear of the building and finding a free space is never normally a problem. Parking is safe . Stairs - the apartment is situated on the 2nd floor so guests will need to climb two flights of stairs to access the apartment . There is no lift in the building . Guests will have full access to the entire apartment on their own I.e you will not share this with anyone else . As a super host I have a very high response rate and try to communicate with my guests as quickly as possible. If there is an issue or if you require general information with regards to Belfast the best times to contact me are during normal working hours 9-5pm and outside those hours if anything is urgent. The neighbourhood is safe and guests can park their car to the side of the building and rear on street which is free and never normally an issue finding a space . It is safe to park.
