Desorganização. Check in demorado e desorganizado. Equipe de funcionários nao atendiam ou era insuficiente para os pedidos. Indisponibilidade de produtos e drinks do cardápio. Nao anotaram número do meu quarto nos pedidos o que coloca os demais hóspedes em risco de cobrancas indevidas. Muitos locais com agua em virtude das chuvas, mas sem funcionarios para secarem. No cafe da manhã mais desorganização, reposição demorada e atendimento demorado. Estacionamento superlotado, sem preocupação de organização. Os benefícios do hotel sao apenas a estrutura que é toda nova e bem cuidada e a localização privilegiada.

Minha hospedagem foi muito boa. Só não dou nota máxima por conta da confusão que houve no checkin com o meu quarto. Como meu quarto originalmente designado ainda não estava liberado até às 15:30 (lembrando que o checkin se inicia às 15h), me deram um quarto cuja vista para a baía era obstruída. Ao perceber isto, voltei à recepção para que o quarto fosse trocado. Acredito que, por conta disso, não recebi o “mimo” de boas vindas. Inclusive, no perfil do hotel no Instagram, há um post falando justamente sobre os mimos e como os hóspedes têm tratamento VIP. Cheguei a comentar no post que não havia recebido o mimo como prometido. No dia seguinte, fui à recepção para reclamar e o problema foi resolvido pelo funcionário Wagner. Para a minha surpresa, meu comentário no post do hotel foi simplesmente APAGADO. Em vez de o hotel responder meu comentário informando que o problema havia sido resolvido, mas fácil foi apagar para, supostamente, não manchar a imagem do hotel com comentários negativos. Enfim, tirando essa decepção inicial, o hotel é novo, bonito, limpo, com quarto e banheiro espaçosos, café da manhã bem variado (mas não tem açaí… mais uma decepção), uma piscina ótima, tudo com uma bela vista para a baía do Guajará. Contudo, não considero a localização boa. Fica numa parte mais afastada do centro, sem muito movimento (não recomendo transitar a pé à noite), e sem opção de lojas de conveniência ou drogarias por perto. Valeu a experiência, mas não voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

O café da manhã foi excelente, amamos muito o pão de cupuaçu com castanha. O hotel está muito bem cuidado, piscina linda, com uma vista linda e as docas é um local agradável para passear. Já o room service foi fraco e com um preço absurdo. Não tinha valores no cardápio, nem o ramal direto para o restaurante. Pedi 3 sanduíches mistos simples (que vinha obrigatoriamente com batata frita) com 2 copos de suco de laranja e custou R$195. Disseram que chegava em 20 minutos e demorou bem mais. Outra coisa é que saímos para o aeroporto às 4h da manhã com 2 crianças, então tinha perguntado se conseguia um pãozinho ou bolinho para levarmos para elas comerem, ja que poderia não dar tempo de comer no aeroporto, mas só conseguiram 2 pratos de frutas fatiadas. Não era obrigação, mas como teríamos direito ao café da manhã e não dava tempo, acredito que seria uma delicadeza com um custo muito baixo.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, bem Localizado, quarto espaçoso e bem equipado. A rede de wi fi é ótima. Entretanto, a equipe merece passar por uma reciclagem de atendimento, tudo é falho e lento, check in foi assim, restaurante, arrumação de quarto, apoio da portaria todos lentos e pouco prestativos. Pela categoria que o hotel se propõe a academia deixa muito a desejar. O almoço e jantar na opção self service, por R$ 160,00 por pessoa achei muito fora da média pelo que oferece. O café da manhã é bom. Achei também uma falha muito grande o hotel não ter uma área coberta para embarque e desembarque de hóspedes quando chegam ao hotel de carro, principalmente se tratando de uma cidade que chove praticamente 365 dias por ano.

A equipe de check in não fez a menor questão em solucionar nosso problema. Éramos um grupo de 8 amigas, ficamos em 4 quartos duplos, na hora da reserva eu solicitei que os 4 quartos tivessem vista para o rio e que ficassem todos próximos. Nenhum tinha vista para o rio e estavam longe uns dos outros, um, inclusive do lado oposto dos demais. Pedimos que trocassem e alegaram que on hotel estava lotado, coisa quase impossível.

Fiz reserva para dois quartos , solicitei preferência para conjugados pois tenho um adolescente autista , o atendente fez zero esforço para agradar e disse tão somente não ser possível . Café da manhã caótico , reposições demoradas , sem máquina para capuccino , moça da tapioca estava sem luvas ! Música da piscina em tom alto e desagradável (garçom que também é DJ, não pareceu gostar do meu pedido para diminuir volume ). O hotel precisa investir em capacitação e contratação de pessoas com experiência em atender um público mais exigente . Apesar das instalações e conforto serem excelente , peca nos atendimentos.

A minha estadia foi tranquila, mas o quarto que escolhi estava em manutenção bem como a piscina interna. Então não pude usufruir de tudo que o hotel oferecia. No último dia de estadias a piscina infantil também ficou fechada para limpeza. Em geral os funcionários foram gentis. Lugar bom para famílias se todos os atrativos estiverem funcionando.

Café da manhã com muitas opções, mas notei q os funcionários não dão conta de servir o café a todos, necessário ter uma máquina disponível aos hóspedes. A comida do restaurante e petiscos da piscina sem sabor, completamente sem sal. Pedi um hambúrguer no quarto e chegou sem catchup, sem mostarda, sem guardanapo e a batata frita mole e fria.
