Great breakfast. Quiet room. Wifi did not work well on the 16th floor. Shower did not drain well.
Great experience overall! Check in was very easy and stress free!
Good location
In a very strange time of Covid 19, the staff went out of their way to take care of the guests. Instead of the full 10 days stay I ended up leaving Belem and stayed out in a village most of my trip. When I came back into town the hotel was very understanding and gave me the best treatment they could. I do not speak Portuguese and most of the staff does not speak english. For me it was not a problem as I had help with me. Thank you staff for all you did to make sure everything was clean and staff still took care of your guests.
