Lovely property, spacious, clean and comfortable room. The drive from Antalya airport was super easy and around 45 mins. The only things that really let the property down are the fact that all outdoor amenities were closed. Don’t recall reading this on website. Also, the food is seriously lacking in quality and variety. Seems like same foods represented for breakfast, lunch and supper. Not very appetising choices either. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Oh, and if you have an aversion to cats, this is not the place for you - lots of stray cats wandering the outdoor area and often inside restaurant as well.

The overall stay at sensitive premium was good, however at first they gave us a room with a rubbish view. Although, once requested for a change they had fulfilled it with no hassle. A lovely peaceful area with short walk to a nice beach.

STAY AWAY, shocking.

Please avoid this hotel! from the moment I arrived to this hotel they gave me a hard time, from checking me in to check out. the staff are extremely rude and not friendly at all, useless and no help what so ever. my room had ants in it and when I told them they said it is not their problem and made me stay in that room for TWO WHOLE days. horrible experience with this hotel, they dont understand a single word of English. very very very rude. I have stayed at a lot of resorts and hotels and this was by far the very worse of them all, I was truly shocked. never again. stay away for your own good. absolutely shocking.

The hotel was nice and the room comfy but the food was bland and tasteless and repetitve. The staff were Ok, some friendly, others not so much. They didn't speak much English.

Nice, clean, 'modern' hotel. Strange location, in the middle of a very residential area but still only a few minutes walk to the beach (although there is a courtesy minibus). Evening entertainment is excellent. Staff not particularly 'friendly' but very young so maybe a little nervous/shy? Local minibus (dolmus) for travel into Belek, but be aware its certainly not within walking distance. Enjoy :)
