This hotel is spectacular in accommodations as well as the best customer service we have ever experienced. It was a joy to go to breakfast every morning to see Joseph, Carol, Hassan, Patrick and all the others. They would not even let me pour my own water. They insisted on answering to our every need. We have never had such outstanding service. The view from our room, overlooked the Mediterranean sea, and we sat on our balcony each night and watched the sun go down. I have my room number and will always ask for this room again. The parking, front desk, reception, and concierge staff were just unbelievable in terms of their attention to detail and friendliness and eagerness to assist immediately. We will go back for many years to come. A resort in the city.. . . . . .
wonderful marriage preparations & meetings. accurate details and professionalism very tasty food (in the wedding, in the hotel, in the Titanic Piano Bar restaurant) lovely spa excellent overall services
Perfect stay, clean and comfy rooms with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was so delicious with a lot of varieties. Food at restaurants was more than expected and the spa facilities made our stay. Great value for money. To be recommended
If you don’t want stay in Downtown Beirut this is a very good chose, this Hotel is amazing there is a beautiful view and swimming pool, good food and service. In the Hotel there a night club and piano bar.
I often visit le royal with the family , its really a beautiful place to be . So relaxing and classy , the sevice is good , you have everything you need besides the children spend wonderful time at the watergate .
A very nice hotel, with a great location and wonderful view of the sea, The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with excellent house keeping. The staff are professional and courteous. Most knowledgeable concierge, taking his advise, saw most of Lebanon in a day. Health club and the pool are well managed, with good facilities.
It was my birthday weekend & gift. My bestfriend decided to take me there for a weekend experience. Everything was really good, the staff was very friendly, the food at the piano bar was amazing & to top it all, the spa was what we wanted. Just one tiny detail, the lighting in the room was very weak that we had to call for extra light. But other than that, amazing stay.
I went on September 30 with my friend for a couple of days, I had a great time at Le Royal, the staff are extremely friendly ( JIMMY, MARIO, and NADIA ), I really liked the stay and I am happy I chose Royal
I spent the weekend with my son,13 years old.while swimming in the pool ,he got red rashes all over his back from the pool ,and it started to spread o his chest.i had to leave our drinks at the bar and call the manager,Rania, the worst manager I have ever seen ,to come and say that it's not their problem ,and to find out that they addedthe drinks bill to my bill..I expected they would be nice and apologize or do a little nice gesture for ruining my day and my son's ..shame
The room was good, the stay was nice, but the most remarkable thing to mention is the staff's hospitality. Ask for Carole at the restaurant in the pool area (level 5). She is a great host with astonishing service and is extremely professional. Imad H.
