The whole team is friendly and customer oriented.. special thank to Charble Abu Khalil who made my breakfast experience amazing.. the room was nice.. with nice view.. the food was very good.. will recommend this place
There is too much to write about it, but I will summarize, please read my comments before staying there!!!! 1- I have reserved 4 executive rooms with my colleagues, but it is a trap. There is no executive lounge or benefits at the hotel. They offered me to use the executive lounge of the other Hilton 300 meters away, I think it was a joke. 2- I have paid the rooms 1 week before. They tried to charge me again at the check in. To solve the situation we had to wait 30 minutes at the reception. 3- They are charging 500 usd deposit per room for your extras 4- Rooms are outdated, I was checked in to smoking room despite I hate that smell. There is nothing in the minibar, nor a snack. Just a bottle of water. Even I had just one glass to drink. 5- breakfast was totally a disaster very poor quality. Egg station is inside the room and there is no ventilation. Everywhere smells in the breakfast room. Just look at the photos 6- gym was terrible, just see the photos 7- we have ordered a lunch at the lobby. Mine was smoked salmon bagel. Bagel was old and the salmon was smelly. Very bad 8- at the check out at 6 pm in the morning, they have tried to charge me 1250 usd room charge. Again they claimed I did not pay the room. Shame on them, they were trying to rob me. We have to argue at the lobby 20 minutes. After that they have cancelled the transaction. On the other hand they are still keeping my deposit. DO NOT PAY THEM DEPOSIT. 9- except the guy at the concierge staff was terrible. They need Hilton training
Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression her name is Rayanne, couldn't have been more sweet, upone arrival she welcomed us with her beautiful smile and then she gave me and the group of doctor i have a great rooms near each other directly, And helped us in every single thing we needed and asked for without any hesitation Honestly she made this business trip incredibly unforgettable
I had a three nights stay during a biz trip, everything was on a high level of great service. The receptionists "Mariana" and "Yahya" were so welcoming and smiling all the time and always good serving. Probably will be my first choice in my future trips !
Stayed for one night and it’s a great place to stay if your in Beirut. Room was very large with an extremely comfortable bed. Great bathroom amenities. Breadsticks was plentiful and very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Been to Beirut many times & stayed @ many different hotels throughout he city. The service @ the Hilton Habtoor is by far the best. The team is friendly & go above & beyond to make your stay memorable.
I have stayed around 9 months in the hotel, it was an excellent stay, felt comfortable and pleasant... location is very strategic to reach the most destinated regions within a 15 min car range, the rooms are excellent... And finally the stuff who made the stay unforgettable with their continuous caring, professionalism and their welcoming smile nomatter how long and tiring the day was. Special thanks to Rayan Abbass, Maria, Elie, Hassan without forgetting the rest of the stuff in the Front office, Concierge, restaurant etc.
Good central location. Hotel is clean and provides good hospitality. Rooms facing the mountains provide great views. respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
I Stayed in the Hilton Metropolitan for 2 days for my business trip & must say was pleasantly surprised by the value it offered. The hotel is well located & the experience was grt. from a courteous & fast front desk staff to the hotel amenities & food everything is in order. B'fast spread was decent, room sizes are huge & clean. A tad old but not outdated. Its connected via footbridge to another Hilton property where they have nice Jazz bar & other hangout places. A special word for the staff of this hotel who were very professional & friendly especially the girl at the front desk/reception who helped us patiently with all our city queries.
Great hotel great employees enjoy my stay. I was impressed by the hospitality and guest welcoming. I definitely return to this hotel to enjoy the luxurious rooms and fast service. Internet was very fast
