Good central location. Hotel is clean and provides good hospitality. Rooms facing the mountains provide great views. respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
I am very, VERY disappointed with how you treated me on my stay!! You checked me out without even informing me!!!!! How is that possible?! And worst is, YOU PACKED ALL MY THINGS IN THE LUGGAGE, DIRTY AND CLEAN CLOTHES IN 1 BAG, INCLUDING SHOES. And gave it to me when I arrived at night! How is that for a 5-STAR HOTEL LIKE YOU!!!! And you didn't even mind explaining to me what happened and who gave you the go signal to remove all my things! YOU'RE JUST SAYING YOU DONT KNOW! SYSTEM ERROR?!?? No one even bother to explain it to me that night, NOT EVEN YOUR MANAGER! What kind of HOSPITALITY BRAND ARE YOU?! This kind of standards wont even pass a 3 star hotel! AND NO ONE EVEN APOLOGIZED TO ME THAT TIME. You didn't even try to contact me if I was really checked out. But it didn't stop there. After what happened, yes you reached out to me. Thank you! But to say that IT HAPPENED BECAUSE I ASKED FOR HELP TO CHANGE ROOM...IS A COMPLETE LIE! How and why will I change room?! I didn't even speak to anyone in your front desk to change room, because there's always no one there when i come! This was booked to me by my company and I am already fine with it, so why would I change?! MAKING UP STORIES HUH!? So terrible! So bad in handling this situation. You just made me more disappointed!
I Stayed in the Hilton Metropolitan for 2 days for my business trip & must say was pleasantly surprised by the value it offered. The hotel is well located & the experience was grt. from a courteous & fast front desk staff to the hotel amenities & food everything is in order. B'fast spread was decent, room sizes are huge & clean. A tad old but not outdated. Its connected via footbridge to another Hilton property where they have nice Jazz bar & other hangout places. A special word for the staff of this hotel who were very professional & friendly especially the girl at the front desk/reception who helped us patiently with all our city queries.
Great hotel great employees enjoy my stay. I was impressed by the hospitality and guest welcoming. I definitely return to this hotel to enjoy the luxurious rooms and fast service. Internet was very fast
I used to stay here until it was closed down fir a few years I’m glad to be back, I like this hotels and the rooms They have a new bar re opened with a nice sky view at the sixteenth floor I wasn’t satisfied much with the service quality of some of the staff
very good value I fill home at the Hotel and the staff is very helpful they are welcoming me as Gold member and upgrade the room for me . I will be back again to the same Hotel and even if any friend asking me I will till him about this Hotel
As i am a usual guest for this hotel and laundry i want to appreciate their laundry services that was so efficient and perfect in cleaning and very fast service thanks to Fatima for her quick help and assistance..
I have never before stayed in hotel, where service would be on such a high level. Staff is very nice, but in a genuine, not intrusive way. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Bed is very comfortable. The views are just spectacular. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast feels more like a culinary fair, with probably more tables with food than tables to sit.
It was a great visit! the location is excellent and the staff at the front desk and concierge were very friendly and courteous, It's also connected to good mall. I highly recommend it to individuals and families.
I had a conference there at the same hotel. It's an old hotel but still as good as most of new hotels in Beirut. Room was amazingly spacious and clean. Bathroom was good but only the shower booth was small, but still you can use the bath tube. They connected the M floor to nearby shopping mall by a walking bridge which was nice. Breakfast was good with fair varieties.
