It was a great visit! the location is excellent and the staff at the front desk and concierge were very friendly and courteous, It's also connected to good mall. I highly recommend it to individuals and families.
I had a conference there at the same hotel. It's an old hotel but still as good as most of new hotels in Beirut. Room was amazingly spacious and clean. Bathroom was good but only the shower booth was small, but still you can use the bath tube. They connected the M floor to nearby shopping mall by a walking bridge which was nice. Breakfast was good with fair varieties.
The Hotel is connected to Hilton Habtoor by a Tunnel. The hotel is quiet without much activities . Location is far from the attractions . Team is good but the rooms are very normal , nothing exceptional.
Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the hotel. It is very quiet, the gym is pretty good and the pool is nice. Breakfast was good, we didn't eat dinner there but on our arrival we're able to order takeaway Shwarma. Rami on reception was very helpful. Will return to stay there again.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Location is very quite. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is amazing. staff responds to any request on time. The room size is reasonable but not very big. The hotel has a good facilities and it is far away from the noisy areas.
Everything was perfect, clean room , helpful staff, great location, i would recommend it for all type of guests (Business, Couples, Family...) since it is located near to Beirut center in a quiet area, and you can find all your needs inside and outside the hotel.
am currently staying here and am disappointed with this supposed 5-star hotel. The room itself is comfortable and has a nice view, but the temperature is a little warm and the thermostat giving you control is only an illusion and there's been an on and off buzzing sound in the room. Also, the wifi cuts out constantly. Services an amenities: they say you can get an outlet converter but I was told there is one in my room permanently connected by the coffee bar when I asked...false. Pool/sauna jacuzzi areas: the picture on the Hilton website is of the pool at the Hilton across the street! The pool at this hotel is small, right next to a road, and in the shade during the afternoon. Half the time I've walked by in the afternoon there are also no cushions and towels out at the pool (when there are, there were little dirty animal paw prints on them!). The women's changing area does have a steam room and sauna but neither are on, and the jacuzzi is cold. I understand it's expensive to keep these things running all the time but at a 5 star hotel I should not have to go ask them to turn it on an hour before I might want to use it. The biggest disappointment with all of this was probably the pool advertised on their website being so much different since we cannot use the pool across the street.
pair of hotels Hilton Joined by a bridge. This is the one tower with mor family and warm charming experience. Clean, big with light, in a work business place of the city and beautifull neigborhood, local non turistic and exellent restaurants arround. Family friendly
Amicable staff: Lebanese hospitality is demonstrated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some staff are too inexperienced and don't seem to have been trained properly, or they are not supervised and this caused me some frustration when I could not get a "Lebanese white coffee" because the person did not understand what I wanted :)). Amenities ok but uneven service. Lousy wifi, very frustrating
I stayed for three days during a business trip, the reception staff were very helpful and cooperate with our requirements in a very professional and nice way. The room house keeping service was wonderful. There is a mall near the hotel and a supermarket that opens 24hours in the gas station near from it. I recommend it for all type of travel
