The staff is charming welcoming, eager to serve and please. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay The property feels older then it is because of it's old style carpet and wood. It deserve rejuvenation . But the staff and service makes up for it big time.

It was a fantastic hotel, with a luxury stay in a very affordable price. My friend went to the Spa couple of times, he was very impressed and satisfied.

Avoid avoid avoid! We walked into our “suite” smelling a weird and unpleasant smell. We had been putting our full trust into Habtoor. We assumed they would be a clean hotel, since they claim they’re a 5 star hotel. After a week of sleeping on their bed we discovered that we had been sleeping on a urine and possibly menstrual blood drenched/ stained mattress. That’s where the horrible stench was coming from. We wanted the housekeeping staff to change the sheets so we removed them because we were suspicious that they were not changing them at all. That is when we saw the most disturbing and vile thing a person could see in a hotel. They tried to resolve the issue but the damage was done. The cleanliness of this hotel is a zero! They even said they don’t have functioning vacuum cleaners and that’s why the carpets are dirty. They did not compensate us for our traumatic experience and they clearly do not care. We have multiple photos and videos or the room and mattress. Just to be fair, Rashid and Manuela did apologize for the incident, but at the end of the day an apology doesn’t change the fact that we slept on pee for days on end.
