Distributed over three floors, the house offers a welcoming and practical setting in which to enjoy your holidays.

The main floor, where the entrance is located, features an equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with large windows overlooking the cove. This space is perfect for gathering with family and friends and sharing unforgettable moments. There is also a guest toilet on this floor for added convenience.

On the lower floor, there are four double bedrooms designed to provide comfort and relaxation. This floor also has two complete bathrooms with showers, which are modern, functional and ideal for the needs of the whole family.

The upper floor features a covered dining area that opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views of Sa Tuna. This outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing and admiring the beautiful sunsets over the sea.

The property also includes a convenient underground parking space, ensuring that you always have a safe place for your vehicle.
